Everyone is so caring and so attentive to my Pollyanna Bassett Hound. I didn’t know but a good friend also brings his cats there and also when I told him that I took Pollyanna there, “Aren’t they just the best there?” he declared. I agreed and replied a very enthusiastic, “Yes! I am so happy I chose to take Pollyanna there. Best choice I could’ve made!” He responded in kind, saying, “Me too with my cats. I won’t go anywhere else.” I smiled and said, “Me either!”

Recently I had to put my dog, Pollyanna, to sleep, because she had bladder cancer. All the staff were so amazing. They are my vet forever. The next animal I get as a service pet, they will be my go to vet office. All the techs were amazing and Dr Padgett is my lifetime vet! Take care of your pets here! These people are so compassionate and caring, professional, trustworthy, and kind. Can’t say enough good things about Santa Rosa Veterinary Clinic!!

My dog had a busted tooth. He is the bravest dog I know, yet at the vet, for the first time ever, I saw him scared. Must have been his tooth causing him to be more on edge, because he is never scared. He loves people, so it's out of character for him to be fearful.

These people were SOOOO understanding, so patient, so kind to him that I am so touched. I can't express how much it means to me to see how they handled the situation, keeping him calm as they evaluated the issue.

The day of the procedure, everything went smoothly. They were so helpful with information and he came back wagging his tail and in good spirits.

The staff were careful with my cat who is difficult for me. She goes limp and seems to turn into 19 pounds of slime when I do anything she doesn't want to participate in. The doctor is getting her all fixed up, flea treatment, ear mites, rabies shot and antibiotics for a UTI. The techs are the best, they even came to the car to carry in the cage since the handle broke from the weight of the cat. Don't wait to bring your pet here, they will be much happier afterwards. I use Dr. Padgett.
