I moved here at the beginning of April and within five days my pool was green. After following other instructions and adding chemical after chemical, the pool kept getting worse. I decided to give Tony a call to see if he could help. Let me tell you... he did an excellent job. He was here promptly, worked diligently and I am happy to say with a few days, my pool was absolutely beautiful! I could not be more happy with the services provided. If you want phenomenal customer service and knowledge as well as a stunning, crystal clear pool... give him a call! You will not regret it!!!😊

As we departed on our extended vacation, Tony Darrow took care of our pool. Upon returning and actually seeing our pool for the first time under his care, we were not only extremely satisfied but amazed at how the pool looked! Mr. Darrow took care of our pool as if his own. His weekly maintenance of the pool water and equipment and attention to detail is second to none. Cordial, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable, his customer service is unsurpassed and very refreshing! I can’t say enough about Tony Darrow the owner of Sapphire Pool Service based in Avon Park . Tony is a true professional that fulfills his obligations and pays close attention to the details related to his work. Tony is truly a unique find in Highlands County. I am relatively new to the area and already have had my share of unfortunate dealings with some poor-quality service providers and contractors. Tony is unlike most of the people I have recently hired First, he does we he says he will do. Second, he knows his job very well. Third, he is extremely reliable. Forth, he does not try to drain his clients for every dollar he can from them for things they don’t need. I trust Tony and can count on his work. I expect to be one of his clients for years to come. I highly recommend him.

Tony Darrow took the time to work on our poorly maintained pool & has it in beautiful condition He tells us what he is doing and why. He has made suggestions for needed equipment & installed it. My pool was serviced by another large provider and overall the pool service was average. I overlooked a lot of things. Once I switched service to Sapphire Pool and met the owner Tony, I realized what a true full service entailed and as a result my pool has never looked better! Something to be said for working with a smaller company opposed to the big franchises. I highly recommend Sapphire pools and am thankful we found Tony!
