My experience scheduling an appointment for my boy was very pleasant. The receptionist I’ve spoken with was polite and patient over the phone. She was also prompt and courteous. My gelding and I had the honor of meeting our new vet, “Dr. Copeland”, last week. Dr. Copeland is extremely observant and kind. My horse immediately took to him and seemed to enjoy his visit! (Despite the fact that he needed to be “poked!) It’s obvious Dr. Copeland is highly experienced, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and never wants to leave a client with any questions or confusion. He was sure to ask several times if I had any questions or if there was anything else he could help us with. Along with that, he has a lovely sense of humor which puts everyone at ease and makes the atmosphere light and positive. I certainly hope I do not have to call them again except for the usual routine visits, but if I do, I am relieved and confident in knowing that my horse is in the BEST hands!

Since Dr Copeland has retired, “Dr. Kaiser”, is now my geldings new primary care veterinarian. He is phenomenal! It is easy to see how much he cares about his four legged clients. He takes the time to answer and explain every question you can possibly come up with! He is honest, professional, and, is also very gentle with my senior guy. (I can tell my horse really likes him!) We are very thankful for the top notch care he provides for my beloved, “Killian”.
