Dr. Sartin & staff are so kind and patient with all of our family dogs. My dog is my best friend(I worry about every little thing after he was in the emergency vet with pneumonia as a puppy) and they make you feel like family with their kindness & care. I live in Colorado now, but always try to bring my dog here when we are in town for check ups. Thanks for taking such good care of our doggies! ?

I took my 3 week old puppy in that was posturing and barking. This was the second vet I took him to. Both vets said he was healthy and fine. I knew he wasn't. I took him to a third vet that has a good reputation, but it quite a bit more expensive and there the problem was found. My puppy is aspirating and had fluid in his lungs. People KNOW when their pets aren't right! Neither of the first two vets did x-rays or listened to his lungs. The following day, he stopped breathing, but we were able to get him the care he needs. Peoples pets are personal to them. We want compassion and thorough care. I give this clinic 3 stars...5 stars for the wonderful lady at the desk, who genuinely cares, and 0 stars for the treatment staff, so that averages to the 3 I gave. Fill your office with compassionate people and thoroughly investigate health issues if you want to succeed. I only want caring people tending my pets, and a Dr that's willing to go the next step for answers

Dr Sartin & his wonderful wife came to my rescue late one evening. They could not revive my very old service dog. They took care of my beautiful, wonderful Smokey Joe for me. I miss him dearly but now he has company to rest with. Dr Sartin made the cremation & disposal of his ashes arrangements. Now he is forever free to rest & romp at his own leisure. I can not say enough good about this Doctor. He will now be caring for My Precious Bella. My new fur baby and my new best friend. The card of sympathy he & his staff signed and mailed was awesome as he and his staff truly care for you and your fur babies. May God bless and your staff. Thank you for truly caring. I received an incompetent reply to my review by a very incompetent licensed veterinarian. Sartin Vet Clinic claims to do it all. I am a human surgical nurse and know the standard protocols for blood testing. It’s not any different from handling human blood. Blood reacts to the collection vial used and temperature. I explicitly ordered a ACTH for my pup who had his first chemo dose testing. I was told Dr Sartin could do it at his facility. I dropped my pup off exactly at 0800.When I received the call to pickup my pup 7 hrs later, I was informed that the blood work was shipped to Little Rock.(45 min away) This is absolutely not acceptable. I would had drove 45 minutes to a vet or lab for testing. Specialty blood work is timely. Dr. Sartin informed me that this is how the vets in this area do things. They have no specialty training and shipped it out. Again, I told him I wanted a onsight ACTH! I then asked if he shipped it to Little Rock on ice or frozen? His reply is deplorable, he said it didn’t matter. Then he preceded to interject his opinions of other viable treatments. That is not what I made this appointment for. I was from out of town. My pup had already been diagnosed and received treatment. I only wanted the ACTH lab. Absolutely, disgusting! I included a generic Google search. I didn’t get get results until 2 pm next day. Dr Sartin $450! ? For other pets/ family pets. It is a vigilant research. It may take weeks or months to find a competent vet, always question what your paying for.

We’re located in the Vilonia area & started seeing Dr. Sartin December 5th for a second opinion regarding treatment for our Frenchie’s treatment for cancer. Her prior vet in the Greenbrier area didn’t seem to follow proper procedure protocol after discovering her tumor in March. Dr. Sartin responded to my appointment request promptly, he has answered my questions regarding issues after hours, he takes the necessary steps during the appointment to get a correct diagnosis, & his records on my pet are extremely detailed compared to her prior vet. All around our experience has been first class compared to what we had been through since her tumor removal in August. We still have a long road ahead of us with her, but we’re blessed that we have Dr. Sartin & his staff’s guidance in the process.

The staff seemed nice and caring. Quick service, and it is clean and nice inside. Our pup Freya got spayed, and there were no issues from the work they did. Great place. The picture is from 1 day after her surgery.

Deplorable! Absolutely, disgusting pet health care. He lied about his experience with Cushings disease and labs. I explicitly ask if he could do the ACTH testing for my Bichon. He said yes. After 6 hours after my pup was at his facility, I received a call that I could pick up and also told the labs for his ACTH was shipped out! My pups labs were not protocol! ACTH is very specific. He lied! I would had gone somewhere else! He lied and said it could be done in his office! Go to LR or seek other vets! This man is absolutely the worst!
