We were very pleased with the atmosphere as we entered the office the first time. We were welcomed and it was very clean. We were immediately put into a room since we have a bird. Sabrina was very nice as she welcomed us and got Mango ready for Dr Schroeck. She was very good and gentle with Mango. Now comes the hard part, Mango has to go on a diet. Dr S. explained how to go about that process. We were happy about how we were treated and how our Mango was taken care of. Thank you for your care of Mango.

First let me start off by stating that they were a super friendly staff. It was like going to see a good friend. They were just the sweetest with both of my dogs. Secondly, they were able to explain to me things my previous vet couldn't for some reason. They treated my babies quickly, taking care of all my worries and concerns. Their service was so amazing, they even went as far as to set you up on their online shop for you. 1000 stars and would recommend to everyone i know. Awesome job ladies, both Nena and Mia appreciate you all.

Just moved to the area and of course my pup hurt himself. Found SVC and Dorothy was so sweet on the phone getting me squared away. Due to a cancellation, I got in the same day. Dr Monica was so sweet and caring. I will be sticking with this Vet long term. Thanks gals!!

Was a little stressful for Polly cutting toe nails and beak and afterwards she was sitting on the doctors hand. Polly is not the most friendliest bird never seen her to take to a stranger I was very impressed

The 1st Veterinary Office I’ve ever been in that my fur baby didn’t start shaking before entering the door, the atmosphere inside was very calming to even me, From the moment of walking in the door you are greeted by a warm and kind receptionist, the Vet assistant I could tell truly loved animals and her job as she listened carefully and did what she needed to do around my dogs behavior. And the Vet actually spent time checking the issue if brought Hannah in for and also explaining what she discovered along with options, she didn’t push for unnecessary tests or tests that could be done at a later date if Plan A didn’t work. Refreshing to meet a Dr that is genuinely caring, knowledgeable and didn’t play on my emotions or love for my dog to put me into a deep debt, I’m so impressed and my best buddy is feeling better tonight by my side

Dr. Schroeck & team are absolutely phenomenal. They are so talented & caring with my Pomeranian. We’ve been with the doctor since she practiced in Cocoa & followed her over here once she opened up this Vet Care practice. She’s done 2 teeth cleanings on my pom (1st was 3 years ago & 2nd was yesterday). 10/10 recommend.
