A big thank you to Dr. Nelson and staff! We are camping in the area, and one of our cats had an abscess that burst. They worked her in to be seen, very gentle in handling her, treated her, prepared her meds for us to give her, and emailed her treatment notes for a follow-up with our vet after returning home.
If we lived in the area, we would transfer our cats care to them (we are in search of a new veterinarian in our area) and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Wonderful vet Dr. Johnson fit us in for a last-minute appointment for our beloved Frenchie. We were so appreciative of the kindness of the clinic to accommodate us. The office staff was very kind and they treated my pup like a princess. Highly recommend!

That young red headed lady, with the nose ring that I see these young kids get nowadays, was the sweetest most awesome receptionist ever. I think her name was Audrey? Let me tell you, that young lady is going places.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Audrey and I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism and warmth. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and valued. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of my appointment set a positive tone for my entire experience.

She was incredibly organized, answered all of my questions with a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable while I waited with my dear pet Great Dane, Albert. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the clients and is dedicated to providing excellent service. Audrey is a true asset to the team, and I’m grateful for her outstanding service.

Anyway excuse the ramblings of an old man. I’m very lonely now as my son and my grandkids don’t come to visit me anymore. I barely even get phone calls! Anyway I can’t recommend this place enough, solely for the quality of her work. They sure know how to hire nice, hardworking, and professional people. The vets were good too.

After the only Vet that our Fur Babies had ever known retired, we were at a loss finding a Veterinarian that was as awesome as our previous one. From the phone call to schedule an appointment, to entering the pristine office, at Seaside Veterinarian Hospital, We were immediately impressed with the neat & warm appearance. Then we were warmly greeted by the front office staff & we began & to relax. When we were escorted back the young lady talked with us & our Holli. Dr. Holly Nelsen came in & wamly introduced herself. After completing her exam, she thourghly explained that my fur baby had a growth in her ear that Was slowly bleeding. She administered medication in her ear with instructions not to get them wet, & to return in 2 weeks. She put her on a pill for itching & yeast & bacterial infection, (only slight in the right ear, however.)
We will re-evaluate her in 2 weeks to determine if the inflammation has cleared & whether surgery is needed. it is such a comfort that Dr. Nelsen is attempting to avoid surgery if possible, We received an email with a full detailed report of Dr. Nelsen's treatment & prognoses, which was indeed welcome, & appreciated. As elderly pet parents, we often forget some details so this is great to have. We have definitely found our fur-ever Veterinarian & awesome health fur-amily As long as they will have us. My Holli is a hyper fur baby, but they were extremely kind & understanding of Holli. There are no words to accurately express how truly wonderful this entire office staff & Dr. Nelsen were. I am so thankful to have called them. I highly recommend Sea Side Veterinarian Hospital.

All the staff here are absolutely fantastic. The doctors and techs explain everything clearly and take great care of my dog. He is always so excited to come here haha! I also really like that they have online scheduling now which is super convenient.

Seaside Veterinary Hospital is amazing! We were in St Simons for vacation when our 13 week old pup suddenly stopped eating and drinking. From the initial panicked phone call to his visit, everyone was awesome, caring, and calm with me and my pup! Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major and they were able to get him eating again and gave him meds to help whatever upset his stomach. I am grateful to everyone I spoke with and interacted with that day, especially Dr. Hanish and her tech! They never made me feel like a silly, overreacting mom; but more importantly, I feel like they treated Ace like he was their own. THANK YOU!
