My appointment for the drive up vaccine was for Monday at 1:00.
I drove in and the people working were great. Because of it being inside I turned my motor off because of fumes. After the shot my car would not start for me to exit. I was so frustrated because I had just had the battery check last week. The workers kept very calm and kept reassuring me not to worry when I knew I was holding up the people behind me.

They managed to get my car started and I was able to exit. I drove straight to the dealership and got a new battery.
Again, I was already impressed with the workers . They went above and beyond the call of duty to get my car started and to reassure me and handle the situation.

Everyone I know who have been able to get the vaccine have all had a positive experience and been impressed with how efficient the process has been.

We just got our second Covid Vaccine and it was the Pfizer shot (no side effects yet after about 12 hrs) They were set up at the Wichita Library. Each time we went there were hundreds of people there getting their shots. The Sedgwick County Health Department was extremely organized! They had at least 75+ people giving the vaccine so we were finished with our shots within minutes! I thought it was great that they also had military’s medics giving shots too! You do have to wait after your shots for 20 min and 30 if you have allergies. The waiting room is huge and socially distanced areas were even more than 6ft. They had people walking around the waiting area to make sure everyone was ok. Great Experience and Excellent Job Sedgwick! This office is the worst! My benefits have been messed up for months and they don’t even care. If your a single mom with a job, there’s no way to get help with everything going on. I was just told it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment at 8am, they call you when it’s convenient for them. Which is never before 5pm. 🙁

T'Keyah William's is the most gifted professional I have ever met in my life. She made me feel more comfortable then I have ever felt going to the health clinic. She was very kind, courteous, she listened to me or any questions I had she took the time to explain. She never made me feel less then or disgusting or annoyed with me. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is most definitly one of a kind. I WISH EVERYONE IN HEALTH CARE WAS LIKE THIS WOMAN! Please dont ever stop what your doing T,Keyah your great at your job your gifted and I'm thankful for you and what you do I appreciate you very much!

Received my booster Pfizer vaccine at the Main Street address on this first day. The staff was helpful and pleasant and swamped! Thanks Sedgwick county! My county to the south is waiting before offering the booster.
