On Sunday I found that my dog got an anal gland abscess and needed to see a vet. It was not easy to find a vet for Monday visit. I left my appointment request on the website, and I got a call in the next morning and was able to schedule a visit in the afternoon. Then, my dog got the surgery right away. Very friendly and professional. ?

The Serra staff is amazing!! They do a wonderful job making my dog feel comfortable and excited about going to the vet, which then makes it easier and a more pleasant trip for me too. I wish I could give Serra Vet Hospital 100 stars. Found this place after a year-long exhaustive search for a competant soft tissue surgeon for our poor Frenchie who desparately needed BOAS surgery. From the initial outreach contact to the last follow-up appointment, I have been over the moon happy with our choice. Front desk is friendly and helpful in all aspects: from scheduling to payment to just checking in on your pet. Dr. Natt has been amazing! He really takes the time to talk with you and address any concerns and questions you have both before and after treatment. He calls you himself! to relay important information and truly ensures you feel confident in his ability and the outcome. I would 100% trust him with ANY procedure that our pets needed and highly recommend him and the entire clinic. Our dog is breathing so much better, even days post-op and we couldn't be more grateful. He is a rare gem in a sea of options and we will continue to come to him (and deal with the long drive to do so).

We were referred to Serra Veterinary Hospital for our dog's TPLO surgery. We couldn't be more grateful!! The whole staff is absolutely amazing! You can tell that they do what they for the good reasons. Dr. Natt is a professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate veterinary surgeon. He explained everything with detail, always with our dog's well-being as a top priority.

Serra was very thorough in examining and treating my dog. I thought my previous veterinarian was good but Serra found issues that had been missed in the past and needed treatment. They asked a lot of questions and provided helpful insight into their concerns. Treatments were suggested to remedy the new findings. I have confidence that my dog will be happier and healthier because of visiting Serra.

I found Serra Vets & Dr Natt when my pup needed TPLO surgery. The doctor and the team were absolutely amazing thru both TPLO procedures and Luna is happily enjoying life because of it.
I’ve used them ever since and cannot say enough good things. Dr. Natt is fair and honest. You won’t find a better vet in the Bay Area.
