I’m convinced Marc is one of the kindest human beings on the planet. He has been extremely helpful these last several months as our family has been dealing with such a difficult toxic mold situation. Our management unfortunately didn’t hire Servpro to remediate the mold in our unit but that didn’t stop Marc from still going out of his way to help me find solutions to our problems, give me referrals to mold testing companies, showed much care/empathy which lacked significantly from our management and even checked in several times to see if our family was okay. I’m honestly still blown away by his genuine customer service when I wasn’t even a customer for a full month. He was so quick to respond to all of my calls/texts/questions and never rushed me off the phone.

Once our management finally remediated our mold, they told us they weren’t going to clean our personal belongings so we ended up being able to do business with Marc which I honestly was happy about knowing that was going to at least get taken care of properly and I really wanted to give him our business after how much he helped us prior to becoming a customer!

His team deep cleaned all of our personal belongings and every nook and cranny in our house, it felt so refreshing when we finally returned home. Our kids were over the moon excited to be reunited with all of their toys and back in their space again. I can’t recommend Marc/Servpro enough! I’ll definitely be telling all of my family and friends to contact him if they’re ever dealing with any of the services they provide. Thank you guys again!!!

Had a great experience with Marc and SERVPRO. We had sewer water leaking down to our kitchen and this required a thorough cleaning and drying process. Marc was friendly and professional throughout and was happy to answer all of my questions. We were referred to ServePro of Anaheim by AAA to perform an inspection for mold at our rental home. Marc Cheeley, the company's manager, arrived on time for his appointment and did a thorough and comprehensive inspection of every interior wall of the house for mold growth through measuring for moisture in the walls. Fortunately for us, the interiors of these walls were free of moisture.

During and after the inspection, Marc was incredibly professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Mark broke down the reasons for the mold growth and explained to us and our tenants that the mold growth was a result of living conditions rather than of a result of structural damage. He then recommended do-it-yourself solutions for our tenants to eliminate the mold and to prevent it from returning.

Marc also made himself available for any questions arising from his visit. As a matter of fact, we and our tenants did follow up with him at least a couple of times regarding this mold issue and he was very pleasant and professional in answering our questions.

We are very appreciative of Marc's expertise, honesty and professionalism in handling our issue and highly recommend his professional services to anyone.

Marc at Servpro really helped me out when I had a drain leak at my 8 unit apartment building. He helped guide me during a very stressful time of my life. I was very concerned about my tenants that was going through some very hard times without a kitchen and having to cook in their living room.
