Chris and his team are amazing. I called in a panic when rain water backed up and came in through a sliding glass door. Carpet was soaked and water was ankle deep by the door. Call back was almost immediate and Chris was dispatched with his team and there quicker than I could have imagined. These two gentleman were extremely courteous, professional, diligent, friendly, and went right to work. After being there a short while the rains came again fast and furious, and they both were totally soaked to keep the water from getting in again. Once the rain stopped they were back to extracting the water, then removing the carpet and the padding. They worked continuously until the job was finished (almost 4am), and left the dehumidifiers to work their magic. Chris came back several times to check on the drying out process, always updating me. Once he was comfortable all was good he pulled the equipment and let me know.

I can't stress how amazing Chris and his team were, and that they made me smile in the midst of total panic. Thank you both for everything. Should you ever need their services you will be in great hands.

Absolutely superb work! Walking into the house after the treatment, I was truly blown away. Not a hint of pet smell anywhere, the vents looked so good I thought they had been replaced with brand new ones.

Having our house so thoroughly treated gave me hope back. Because if anyone's ever had pets, you know how hard it is to get rid of the smell. And they did it. The whole house smelled and felt refreshed, like nothing ever happened.

Ron was great! He came in to do the final walk through with us. Brought a black light and everything to show all of the treated areas. Again just really thorough work, my husband and I are not only extremely impressed but also very grateful.

I called a few days ago and Betty answered the phone. I needed help due to an active leak and woke up to 2 inches of standing water all over the house. She started asking me a bunch of questions and I answered all of them. When I was done talking, she responds with telling me this my personal problem and it's not her job to deal with that. I was like what?! You aren't going to help me and she said NO!!! I was dumbfounded. I called another company and they were here within minutes! I will never call SERVPRO and none of my friends or family will either!!!!

Our church flooded due to hot water tank pipe bursting. We needed the clean up to be completed in time for our pastor anniversary service. Crew chief Sergio was responsive to our need to have restoration completed in time. He & his crew worked diligently and true to his word restoration was completed in time. I had repairs completed by ServPro due to Hurricane Ian. After the repairs were completed, my "final" invoice was paid, and insurance claim closed, I received a call several months later claiming to have an unpaid balance. I have provided a "Brenda" with the information multiple times and referred them to the outside contracting company ServPro used out of West Oklahoma City that my invoice was paid in full. ServPro is now claiming that I have an unpaid invoice that I have yet to receive via email or mail. ServPro is asking for a service to be paid for that was already paid for and is not providing any proof or review of an invoice for what services they claim to have done.

I am not sure where to start. From the initial call to request help, to the last day the team was there to pick up the machines....my experience was exceptional. Jon, Cody and their crew went above and beyond when my house flooded. Although it took a week to dry us out, it felt like a day. Jon made sure even though I was at work, I always knew what was going on. They took what was a stressful event for me and made it 1000 times better. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were, how clean they left my house even after having to tear up flooring, and cabinets! Courteous of my animals, kids and my things they had to move! I can not begin to thank you enough for everything! My family misses having ya'll around!
