I honestly don’t know what we would have done without SERVPRO of S. Glendale/Eagle Rock during the recent wildfires in Los Angeles. When the fires impacted our area, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to start with the cleanup. But from the moment we called them, their team stepped in and made a tough situation much more manageable.

Goris, Orlando, and Fred were an absolute class act. 10/10 would hire again. They were incredibly professional, easy to communicate with, and neat about taping off just exactly the part of the room with water damage to do mold remediation. They were very careful with my things, in particular an heirloom mirror that could have been broken if moved sloppily. They were timely, polite, and so considerate they left the room taped off for the next tradesmen to reconstruct the walls. Hire them!

My insurance company recommended ServPro when I had a major roof leak. They found mold and in further inspection for damage found that I had sewage under my house as well. They moved out all my furniture and belongings and OK cleaned everything up. Marlin was extremely helpful. He made recommendations to me and went out of his way to accommodate me. Additionally, the ServPro staff have been great! Terrific communication. I would use them again for any water problem.

We experienced a leak in a drain that had gone undiscovered for some time, resulting in extensive water damage and mold. The job required breaking through both interior and exterior walls, and completely tearing out a customized master bedroom closet. The Eagle Rock ServePro Team did the complete job, start to finish, and their motto "like it never even happened" was certainly true in this case. They were on the job everyday except Sunday; they treated our home, our belongings with care; and were consistently courteous and respectful. The workmanship was excellent, and they used top quality materials throughout, in some cases better than the original. They also worked directly with the insurance company to help us get the maximum possible reimbursement. Would recommend them anytime.
