ServPro performed water remediation services for microbial removal caused by a leaking toilet in my home.

Background

Initially, my insurance company contacted ServiceMaster to address the issue. However, after several attempts to get a response, ServiceMaster failed to follow up in a timely manner. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to choose another company and reached out to ServPro.

The owner, Ray, immediately responded to the insurance request for an inspection and came to my home the same day. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, providing clarity during a stressful situation. Unfortunately, my insurance claim was denied, as the incident fell outside their 14-day coverage period.

Despite the setback, I moved forward independently. This involved coordinating with other vendors and sourcing replacement tiles. Once I was ready to proceed, Ray began the project promptly. Even amidst the chaotic wildfires surrounding Los Angeles, he made me feel like a priority and completed the work in a timely manner.
