Our son’s room had a leak and it damaged the whole ceiling. They had to replace the ceiling and wall. They communicated well and updated me during the process. We have a small back house and did not have extra room to store all the furniture from the room, and they took care of it.
We were told it will take 2 weeks to be finished but Francisco and his team were so fast they finished it faster than schedule. Best of all they did an awesome job on the repair just like a brand new room! We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough about Arlen and his team at Servpro Highland Park/Monterey Park.We had extensive water damage and I basically just called a Servpro closest to us. I‘m so happy I did. Arlen was reassuring and helped us through the demo process and dealing with the insurance claim. His workers were so organized and worked very cleanly, if that is even possible during major demolition of ceilings and flooring. I hope we’ll never have water damage again, but if we do, we‘ll call Arlen.

Arlen from SERVPRO was very professional and responsive with our water leakage issues. Our new home had some water leak in multiple rooms due to the recent rain. He came to our house and took his time to diagnose the situation. We were worried about water damage to our flooring/walls and mold issues. He reassured us that the damage was not major and didn't need major repairs.

His team came to our house the next day and set up multiple fans to dry our walls to prevent any further damage. We had the fan running for 5 days to fix our problems. We are appreciate of Arlen and his team for being so thorough explaining our issues and excellent communication. We would recommend 10/10

We had a broken pipe undernethe the house and caused leakage of a big pile of water that need to be sucked out before we can fix and replace the pipes. Well, we called a few restoration people in the area but they respond and came the quickest, gave me an estimate and got the job done. All the staff members were professional, knowledgeable and showed sincere concern for the wellbeing of my family.
The Project Manager led the mitigation and repairs and I couldn't be happier with his performance. The response time was impressive; he answered all my questions and ensured the work met my expectations.
