I had a pretty bad flood in my kitchen. Javier came everyday and did an amazing job of organizing the demolition, making sure everything dried, was clean, picked up and immaculate. He answered all my questions, and was wonderful to deal with. He is a complete asset to serve pro, and they are lucky to have him! Kyle was my initial contact and he was amazing as well! After being damaged by a water leakage, ServPro helped me quickly dry up damaged floors and walls. Then I connected with Adrian from the reconstruction department to bring my house back to normal. Adrian's team, especially Victor, has done a great job of fixing everything on time and with detailed care. Victor visited my house twice even after all the work have been completed to make sure everything was working fine. I'd like to thank Adrian and his team for the wonderful job.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Servpro of Redondo Beach. From my very first call with operations manager Josh, I knew I was going to be in good hands.

Josh was professional, responsive, and clear in all our interactions, whether by text, voice or email. He answered my many questions, even after business hours, with obvious expertise and a calm, compassionate manner that went a long way to easing my enormous anxiety about the process of having my personal belongings removed from my Eaton fire-damaged apartment, restored, and then delivered to my new apartment. His insight into the insurance side of the equation also made it possible for me to make informed decisions.

Josh's teams for both the packout and the property redelivery were competent, kind, and hard-working. They were also very respectful of both me and my belongings. The leads on each -- Argenes for packout and Ivan for redelivery -- knew their business and communicated well with me and the rest of the men and women on their teams, all of whom had a friendly, collaborative vibe with one another that helped the very intensive work flow quickly, safely and smoothly.

Though being displaced has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life, I can't imagine a better "partner" in this particular hurdle of my recovery and rebuilding than Josh and his Redondo crew.

I had a great experience with Servpro. I had damage to my home from a previous contractor and they were professional every step of the way. Javier was my contact and he was very responsive every time I reached out. He was detailed when explaining their process and they finished the project exactly when they said they would, which from start to finish was only a week. The were very conscientious of keeping everything as clean as possible and keeping everything safe for my kids during the project. I currently have only finished the tear down portion of my project and I'm hoping to continue with Servpro with the rebuild portion once my inside is ready.

Faulty dishwasher damaged my kitchen cabinets and flooring in August 2023. I reached out to insurance and Servpro and started the process to rebuild my kitchen. Servpro came out, built a containment zone and completed water mitigation in 3 days. Of course this left me without a usable kitchen and a containment zone. Keep this in mind because once you start you can’t go back.

Adrian helped me navigate through insurance for the reconstruction phase. While it took some time due to various factors like insurance and me trying to not replace all my floors (impossible if your engineered wood is older than 2 years), I can’t stress the importance of having someone like Adrian provide all the detailed estimates and interface with insurance so I could focus on figuring out how to rebuild my kitchen. Fast forward to end of Jan, I’m almost done with my rebuild and Adrian played a huge part in making this happen!
