Sam from Servpro came out to our house and spent over an hour walking the exterior of the house where the problems were originating, and then the interior of the house where the problems existed. I say problems because we had multiple different problems. He never rushed or tried to upsell us ... but very thoroughly walked through what the issues were possible steps to remediate and plans and cost of how to move forward if desired Incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and highly recommend to anyone

I recently had a water leak in my home, and it cause some water damage and mold. My insurance agent recommended me to Servpro of Seal Beach. So I called them right away, Mike and his team were so quick and efficient, my insurance company covered the entire cost, I hope to never have to deal with this situation again, but I know if I do these are the guys I'm going to call first. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I’m glad Sam and his team were able to help with a leak I had in my home as well as discovering mold and treating it the proper way. We had a horrible plumbing situation in our home, which affected the entire downstairs. Mike came out and assessed our home started. The emergency work while he worked with the insurance company from beginning to end he took care of every little detail and made great suggestions. I don’t know what I would have done without him, his job was impeccable and he is just so nice to work with

We had leak damage in our kitchen, and Servpro of Seal Beach did an AMAZING job at helping us resolve it as quick as possible. They worked seamlessly with insurance and an asbestos abatement company to coordinate and help get our kitchen back to normal very quickly. In addition the customer service was excellent, responsive and very professional.
