ServPro Belmont Shores was amazing from the start. We had an unfortunate toilet overflow in our condo the day after Christmas, and ServPro was their the very next morning to immediately abate the affected areas which extended into our Master Closet and Bedroom.

Normally I would compliment the ServPro team, but in this case I have to say the ServPro family, as it the (4) members I worked with were all related. All commnicated clearly, completely, and often. They provided exellent service, and made sure there were clear expectations; for instance when they could not proceed further until lead and asbestos testing was completed.

After payment, I needed photos to provide to my insurance. While ServPro provided them during the coarse of their work, I failed to download them until after the link expired. Even though they had been paid in full and the job was done, they quickly responded when I requested they resend the photos, sending 325 photos to me in 10 minutes. They also continued to provide assistance to provide information to my insurance, per my request, after they had received payment.

I highly recommend ServPro, Jack, Christian, Jacklyn, and Marisa are great!

Excellent experience during a most unfortunate kitchen disaster. I felt reassured they could handle it all and in the end, they did. Great job by two wonderful hard workers. I hope I never need them again, but if so, I will definitely contact SERVPRO. My dog even loved them

Had a great experience with their water damage remediation/restoration service. We had a leak from our upstairs neighbors that affected our bedrooms. From first point of contact they were very quick to respond and offer to come out within an hour to do an assessment. Created an estimate very quickly. We had another 2 assessments from other companies but the reason we went with Servpro was that they had the most honest assessment, best explanation of the process, and no pushiness. Another big plus was that they give you net 30 terms to pay the invoice (so if you are having to pay out of pocket till insurance reimburses you, that’s great flexibility). They were professional and thorough with their work, and explained each step -getting approvals from me on how much invasive work was done (giving options for less invasive while explaining pros and cons). They left our bedrooms neat and tidy which was important for us since we have a gap of when reconstruction begins so it’s comfortably livable in the meantime. Overall, very happy with their work and would recommend. This situation was stressful but they helped mitigate that stress.

Jack and his crew did an incredible job with the water mitigation and demo. We also had some communication and scheduling issues from our HOA, and Jack and his team were incredibly flexible and accomodating while we tried to get everything settled on that end.

Jack shared that they’re a small family owned business and his son & daughter would be the ones to come out. And I was not let down.
