This was my first appointment at Shannon. The registration staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor’s receptionist was the same. The doctor’s nurse was very knowledgeable as well as very personable. Even better, Dr. Dominguez was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, and I am 75 years old. He was very nice, listened carefully, answered my questions, gave brilliant explanations with diagrams, and overall was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend Shannon and Dr. Dominguez.

Friendly and helpful receptionist, friendly & efficient RN & NA. Excellent physician. Would be 5 star if the wait time wasn't so long. It would help if you could schedule online and not have to wait in a lobby full of other sick people so long.

Got me in quickly and had the best Dr and nursing staff. Very caring and attentive. Shannon South ER was great. Dr.Cohen was very patient and attentive. I have always gone to the main hospital for my needs but I now will go to Shannon South for my ER needs. I have always had excellent care through the hospital and Drs. The staff is so sweet, caring and attentive.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office, I would never recommend Opal Smith to anyone. I have never felt so uncomfortable and just violated. Even after I had my appointment I couldn't stop thinking about how I felt in the room. There was no comfort established in the room or between me and her. This was my very first time going to a OBGYN, so yes I was nervous but after I left that room I wanted to scrub my body. I felt so exposed and I still do and thinking about it makes me wish I had got up and left the room. This is absolutely unacceptable and as a young lady , I hope this never happens to anyone else. Her demeanor made it 10x worse and honestly I felt like I was in a room with my own manager because how serious the atmosphere was in such an uncomfortable way. I understand people have to do what they need to do in order to give the exams but that was an awful experience and I won't be going back to her. As someone who didn't have any suggestions of who to go to I picked someone and 100% regret my decision to see her. With that being said , there are young ladies that are very insecure of their bodies , so no , I don't appreciate my breasts being exposed to 2 people that I don't know , not the exam but just having the gown up the way I did and I tensed up and that should've been my first sign. As the exam went on all I wanted to do was leave . I truly hope no one feels what i felt that day because it's not okay at all , to feel so ashamed putting my clothes back on and even the day after is not okay in any aspect and I hope there is something done about it because the way I felt that day isn't normal and I don't wish it on my worst enemy to go through what I did on that day.She absolutely showed no drop of concern or emotion when I was telling her about the reason I was there , I did not feel heard in any kind of way .
