They don't have poor reviews for nothing. The most unprofessional veterinary office that we've ever dealt with. They do NOT put the care of pets first, they lack common courtesy and do not call people back. We've purchased medication that they refused to give us, jeopardizing the health of our pet. Not to mention, they lied and said they can't provide needles for medication that is injectable --they are a joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Posting for a relative of mine that does not have a computer- They went to another clinic today after not feeling cared for at their last visit and spending quite a bit of money for little results. The new clinic requested records and was given limited information. When my relative called for their own pets records, they were told they had to go in person, sign a form and pay a fee. I have never been to a clinic that does this and neither has my relative. The new vet clinic seemed unsure about this policy as well since they give their clients their records when asked and do not charge a fee. They are very happy with their new clinic and do not recommend others to come back to this one.

The puppy packs are a great deal! My Great Pyrenees was part of the package a few years back and she was able to get all her vaccines, and I mean ALL the vaccines, with boosters at a reasonable price. They also have the option, though it is additional, of getting a Lyme vaccine which is an absolute must for an Indiana dog!

my dog was very ill and they were the only place to give me any answers. the emergency vet was all about money and no answers. my regular vet wouldnt even touch this case. they fought hard for my dog even though we were unsuccessful. my dog had pyometra, blasto and a bone infection. all of which another vet misdiagnosed and by the time we found this vet it was pretty much too late. but they did everything in their power to help my dog and after a week of medicine and a surgery my dog did not survive. however the care that we received from the staff and the doctor was exceptional. i can be a very pushy person and sometimes hard to deal with and i know it. but they dealt with me and my dog on a very professional and personal level. you do not find that just anywhere trust me im in the dog business myself and this vet is absolutely not just about the money they cared about my dog and about us in dealing with the process of her illness. i myself am a very blunt person and i will say i appreciated the bluntness of the doctor. i will be returning and i suggest him highly.

I absolutely love this office. They cared for my late pup. And my fur babies now. The staff is friendly and loving towards your animals, the place is always clean, and they are very professional.

The office is usually very busy, so sometimes you have to wait- but I'd wait for the doctor any day. I trust his opinion & he genuinely cares about the well being of your pet without nickel and diming you for everything.

I will always bring my babies to him because I trust him.

Great vet, super nice staff that really cares. They saved us a bunch with the puppy pack. We always get documentation on what was done with itemized billing. Our little Luna loves going to see them.

I stumbled back upon this place again while browsing for local vets since my very beloved vet recently retired. I thought I posted a review here in 2011 but it was either taken down or I left one somewhere else. Anyway; in glancing through the pattern of reviews I am re-posting, in a nutshell, what happened with my dog. This vet is so highly unprofessional, arrogant, and lacking in compassion I was SHOCKED. In the span of 2 visits and one neuter (which I should have never let him perform after that first visit), he scared my brand new rescue dog by his demeanor and rough handling, I watched him use his feet while telling a lab laying on the floor to "get up, you're ok," and he talked to my chest more than to my face. The staff was dysfunctional - can't blame them there when they are led by a complete jerk. This guy has no business working with pets or people. This was 13 years ago and I still remember this place. The other reviews show a pattern. Don't take your pets here.

People were friendly and actually played with them made them comfortable. The staff was great with my dog. And the vet was awesome. A+ in my book.
