Decided to switch vets recently and came across this while looking at another vet.

The gal on the phone really took the time to answer all my questions about processes and pricing. Never felt rushed or like she was bothered by it. The excellent customer continued in office too.

I struggle with people and this vet made me feel so at ease. He was patient with my fearful golden, he even sat on the floor with her giving her treats and never forcing her to take it from him. The tech was fantastic too and similarly patient. I never felt rushed and they answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I sometimes feel like I'm a bother or that I'm asking too many questions and they never made me feel negatively about it. Even talked to my 10 year old who was feeling chatty!

Definitely going to stick around this one. This vet is a gem.

Staff was super helpful and nice. Dr. Sheldon was very easy to talk to and explained everything he did for our rescue dog that had a swollen foot. Very happy with our first experience at Sheldon Family Vet. And he loves pit bulls!

My husband and I are travel nurses and have had many vets in the last few years. Dr. Joe and his staff are some of the best veterinary care we have received. Our dog ended up having to have a mass removed, and Dr. Joe spent a long time talking with us and making sure that we felt comfortable and had all our questions answered. He seems to genuinely care about our dogs. Although having our dog have surgery was a scary situation, I’m glad Sheldon veterinary clinic was the one who did it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We started taking our two dogs here this year, all the staff is always very kind, Dr Joe does a thorough exam and spends time answering questions. He seems very honest, gives straight answers and doesn't try to charge you for services your pet doesn't really need. We have moved around a lot and taken our dogs to several different vets, Dr. Joe and Sheldon Veterinary has been the best experience we've had at a vet!

This was the second time I'd visited Sheldon Family Veterinary, with the same excellent quality as the first visit. I brought in my Penny, for an evaluation of the best time for her to be spayed. Dr. Joe provided detailed information that helped me understand when she'd be ready after her pups are weaned and her body has recovered from giving birth and breastfeeding.
