I just want to give a shout-out to this place, they have amazing staff who are really sweet and acknowledge you and your pet. The pricing is low budget and very reasonable compared to other vets. They go into detail about everything and guide you through any procedure, bills etc. They attended us very fast and if I could give them more recognition I would, I’m glad I found this place !

A little background about how I found this place was my kitten was bit by a dog in his face. This happened around 3 am and had to take him to urgent care immediately. I found this place 24/7 pets hospital in Fresno. They checked my kitty but weren’t able to do much. In order to CHECK HIM only would be $1400 which is way out my budget. They recommend me to this place which would be a lot less. I came and they were only going to charge me $800 and that included X-rays, sedation, antibiotics and etc. Which to me was a very reasonable price. My kitty is now 3 days post op and doing really good. Thank you !

While we have only been using their services for a few months (for a cat and a dog), it has been a great visit every time. The quality of care is great and the staff are especially warm and helpful. Scheduling is easy and wait times are good. I would recommend to others for sure!

Had an emergency and they took us in and took care of our cat who had a wound on his leg. The vet gave us two options for care and charged reasonably. We were in and out within 1.5 hours and very pleased. Thank you!

Dishonest place and unsanitary. They do not tell you what they’re doing most of the time, they don’t wear gloves or change gowns or wear an apron when handling unvaccinated puppies. My puppies had diarrhea for three weeks after getting shots here and they said it was normal. I called they brushed it off, I also told them in person prior to other shots they said they would check their weight and never did.. and brushed off my concern as nothing yet again, here I am experiencing the same issues almost immediately after leaving this office. I took them for next vaccines and they starting having extreme diarrhea again and all these vets do is care about scheduling you an appt even if it’s their fault.. so they can charge you money. They do not seem to care about the animals at all, only how much money they can make off of people. DO NOT take your puppies here for treatment or vaccines! I have spoken to all my friends and family and their puppies never experienced this when receiving shots. I have TWO puppies experiencing the same issues every time they get vaccines here. Very unprofessional and dishonest place. The front desk staff at this location are also very unprofessional and RUDE. Avoid this place if you can, please go elsewhere to avoid going through this with yours. Do BETTER. Care about the animals stop only caring about how much you can charge someone! Seriously charged an appt visit too jus to look at a scab the size of a centimeter when I was already there that day for other things. Just to tell me it’s nothing because you didn’t want to just tell me that at the front desk. What a shame. No one else’s pets have experienced this who’ve gone through the vaccination process that I know, at other clinics. They are doing something wrong here.

The best hospitality and the doctor and staff are very caring and make sure that you have multiple options. My terrier-mix Parker had to be put down due to health complications and older age and the staff helped us find an option that worked for our price range and made sure that my dog and myself felt safe in their care! I recommend them 100% and will be taking all of my future pets here! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Best place to bring your pet for care! The service is absolutely amazing. Every worker at the front desk is very caring and kind. The vet was very helpful and informative as well. My cat is well taken care of at this place!

I brought my older dog in for pain management. The prescription they gave him caused him to have runny, bloody stools. When I called to inform them of this scary situation and ask for advice, an associate said they would check with the doctor and get back to me. No one ever called me back. Thankfully, when I stopped giving him the medication, it cleared up.
