My dog had a UTI on a Saturday while we were traveling. Had to drive about 80 miles to find someone who was open and would get us in but these folks jumped right in and took care of him. Very grateful for their help and kindness.

Called pleading for help with my fur baby telling them that she was lethargic not eating not drinking and pooping pure blood the receptionist told me the vet wasn't in yet then very rude and uncaring like turned me away. two hours later my beloved fur baby passed died.

Live in Jerome but well worth the drive!!
Amazing Vet and Friendly staff with the absolute cutest waiting room host ❤️ You can just feel the love and compassion they have for animals as soon as you walk through the door. We couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian.

Dr. Inbar saved my Dog's life last week when he had ingested something toxic and went into shock. We weren't even established clients but they got us in immediately and took fantastic care of my boy.
The doctor himself called me several times to explain the situation, treatment, and progress, taking plenty of time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like i was bothering them.
Furthermore, my pup had never been to the vet before so i assumed it had been a very traumatic experience for him, and was very nervous to bring him for his follow up as i thought it would be really stressful for him.
But, he walked right in, tail wagging and accepting cookies from the doctor! The way my boy acted during his follow up told me all i needed to know- these people are kind and treated him well in my absence.

My dog was very sick, not going to make it. The vet wouldn’t let me pick her up to spend time with her before she passed. They told me my dog recently passed as of this morning. I picked up the body and she was frozen. So they lied about when she died and refused to let me see my dog while she was still alive. Very Poor service from Heather, as well as the rest of the staff. Do not take your animals here.

I would give you 10 stars if I could, Dr. And all the girls are the absolute best in this clinic. You can tell they love your fur babies as much as you do. Thank you for the love, care, and compassion you had for me and Baby these past months, and for being there at her passing. It has been a heartbreaking 24 hours, but I want everyone who asks to know, you were there for us and how deeply we appreciated it. Thank you for loving her the way we did.

So friendly and helpful. We were able to get into a next day appointment and they handled our 130lb grumpy dog with ease. We will gladly drive from over an hour away to continue visiting them.
