I hate making phone calls. However, I needed to schedule my cat's surgery, so I wanted to make sure his appointment was scheduled on a day when the doctor would be able to perform the surgery. First try calling, the lady picked up and hung up after I said hello. On the second try, they put me on hold only to pick it back up and hang up again. At that point, I gave up and scheduled online because that was clearly the only way I would be able to make this appointment.

Hopefully scheduling it that way will still allow his surgery to be performed because I honestly do not know what else I could've done. Please get better with this. I get customer service is rough and you deal with all likes of people but in the end, you are helping potentially sick pets who might need urgent help. Work on your professionalism or get training because this is not how you should run things.

Friendly staff. Was able to squeeze me in the same day, 1 hr later. Handled the care of my dying pet very professional. Didn't rush my children's teary goodbyes to their beloved pet. Had many different options for my pets final resting.

Heather always does such a good job grooming my dog (an Irish Setter)! She is so friendly and sweet with him (and me) even though he is sometimes the worst because he is big and strong and also a big baby. She makes him look amazing and his fur is always so soft. The front office staff is always great with helping answer questions and getting people checked in quickly and efficiently.

They got us right in. Explained everything to us. Gave us all the options and made sure we could go and give the best care to our girl. They called the next day to check on her. I can’t think them enough for saving my baby!!! The staff was amazing. The cost I was told over the phone was more than I ended up paying which was amazing. Thanks to there payment plans I was able to treat and save our best friend.

Everyone was helpful, thorough, and explained all of our options for treatment. They took the time to answer all of our questions including follow-up treatment.

Fortunately, we got the best news possible. It isn’t cheap to treat our pet, but well worth it!!

The staff are really sweet but this is truly a "business". After a $4000 surgery bill, they informed me that my 7 year old boxer has cancer but weren't sure what type. A week later they told me a brain tumor and they didn't get all of the mass behind her eye and she has 3 months to live (maybe). A couple of weeks later, I called with some concerns (not sure all the signs of when it's time) and told me to bring her in again. Not only will I be paying a surgery bill for a dog I will no longer have, but they want more money to see a dog that is dying. Thank you for the compassion.

I was a walk-in client, so I understood that meant I would need to wait. While I waited, the new girl up front offered both me and my dog water which I thought was kind. Eventually, I was offered the opportunity to come back at 4 PM to be seen as an appointee since someone had canceled. When I made it back just before 4, my dog was almost immediately seen and treated. The veterinarian was very kind and thorough. She even went the extra mile for transparency in generating a quote for best and worst-case scenarios in the event my dog would require surgery (which thankfully it doesn't seem to have come to that). At the appointment, their focus was on caring for my dog. Then, AFTER treating him, we discussed payment for service. Thankfully they offered a payment plan since I didn't have $700 to drop on an emergency appointment. Then, this morning, I received a text from the office asking me how my dog was doing. This is the ONLY vet office in Arizona (main metro areas) that I have found that genuinely prioritizes the care of the animal, and for that reason, I would absolutely recommend this veterinary office to my family and friends, and anyone else with a furry, four-legged family member.
