This was our first visit. The service and food was excellent. The atmosphere was amazing. They don’t accept cash and the lemonade drinks is about $4.99 each for a cup. The drink was good. Great Job!!

My first time eating here and had the Dance Hall Queen and mango lemonade. Let me tell you the burger was soooo good! Perfect sweet and Caribbean spicy combo. The sauce was banging! The mango lemonade was really good too and not overtly sweet. The greeting is cute and inviting. I happened to be a slutty virgin today LOL being that it was my first time there. The workers were nice, but the wait was a longer than told I was informed and expected, but no biggie. The prices are high, but it’s not McDonald’s or Burger King but tasted way better. It was worth the price and the atmosphere was clean and cute. I’ll be back.

I have been waiting for a refund since November 16th, I have driven up to the store twice and still no refund. The 2nd time I showed up. The lady with no hair (only description I remember) started being rude to me. I just want my refund please. They have contacted me once on gmail and then haven’t responded since and that was almost 4 weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend if you’ve been to the Duluth one because the food is not the same but the girl with the red hair was also very nice and so was Mackenzie H even though she gave me the wrong info, which led me to actually buy food here. The bread wasn’t even Hawaiian or toasted.

To start, the staff was very friendly. Our orders were taken and prepared quickly. We were asked to buy 2 sodas and we would get a free banana pudding. We paid for a sweet potato pie. Almost out the door, we checked and didn't see the pie. The young lady told us she gave us a pie even after we said it wasn't in the bag. After we reached our destination, we realized not only was the pie missing but so was the pudding. We asked for a receipt, and they told us the machine was broken. The food was messy and thrown together. For $60, I will say the sauce on my burger was very good. I love to support you, but it's a pass for the next visit. Perhaps it was the location. ?.

Disappointed isn’t even the word! I came in on a Sunday around 18:45, was greeted right away however had to wait 5 mins for someone to take my order which I would understand if it was busy, however that wasn’t the case. I was the only one in the restaurant, the lady took trash bag out the can, put a new one in the can, walked up to take my order, then turned around headed to the grill to make my order WITHOUT washing her hands!! I wanted to say something but I just let it go and prayed over her hands and the food. This was my first time coming back to this location since 2022 and had high hopes since this used to be my go to place. Bathrooms were also nasty, no toilet paper, bad odor like they needed to be cleaned.
