Absolutely GREAT place to take you dog and especially cats. Very pleasant ambiance, staff very personable, professional & friendly. Introduced my dog Charlie 6 years ago & my cat Lexi had major surgery this month (Aug 2024). Love Dr. Martin & Dr. Mickle.

Loved it. The service was amazing. Diana, my VA explained everything well and gave me ways to save the most $$ while still caring for our Yorkie.

Dr Martin came out personally to provide all the details on Diva's care. I didnr wait a long time even though there were other clients there. I have found a new vet. It's a one stop shop boarding, grooming and vet care.

I don’t know where to start from the time I walked in I received 10/10 service. This is by far the best vet in Dekalb. I would recommend this vet to anyone. I felt very comfortable and the staff were very knowledgeable and supportive. I wish I could give 10 starts.

The staff is very nice. I wasn't able to go in they come to the car with your forms and take your animal in then self. The Dr calls when the exams are finished to go over everything, and then they text you a link for your bill. After you pay, they bring your baby back to you. My big boy looked happy when I got him back ?

A very confident staff. The veterinary doctor, and Veterinary Techs always takes time to explain what is going on with my dog . Have been going to this Clinic for five years. My dog love it , and so do I . Wouldn't take my dog to another Clinic.

I had the pleasure of visiting Snapfinger Creek Animal Hospital last weekend. It's a cute little privately owned (by the one and only vet who works there) clinic that services the Southeast Decatur area. I have to say what I appreciated the most about the place were the staff members who are so kind and thorough, and mainly- compitant. I believe the place is really benefiting from hiring a new practice manager who is experienced and lively and fun. The male technician (I am horrible with names) is a gem and one of the most patient people I have met. I think this clinic is headed for great things.
