One of the most incompetent businesses I've ever dealt with. I had an appointment for my Cuban tree frogs infested with parasites last Tuesday, they canceled on me the day of and said the Veterinarian was sick so we rescheduled for Thursday. They canceled on me again Thursday and rescheduled for Friday (one of my frogs died Wednesday night from the parasites). They canceled again on me Friday and rescheduled for Monday. I called Monday to verify I still had an appointment and they said yes so we drove 35min from Fontana to go in. We filled out the initial patient paperwork then waited over a hour in the waiting room only then to be told they only have equipment to test and treat reptiles, not amphibians.

I don't understand why no one could have told me this over a week ago when I first called.

For anyone else with exotic pets they only treat reptiles. DO NOT bring your amphibians here.

We had to take our pup to emergency on Sunday. SoCal Animal Hospital took us right in and evaluated Shenzi. They were very caring and took good care of our gìrl. We are going to start taking all of our pets here on a regular basis. I highly recommend them.

Act 2 Rescue

I love the staff here! They let the cat be comfortable when they’re examining them instead of pushing and prodding them. They have a more natural way of working with them. The vet is super kind and knowledgeable and made our kitty feel right at home. They actually have Sunday hours without extra fees, and the wait was reasonable without an appointment. Of course, I always expect long waits when I don’t have an appointment so it’s always good to be patient. Pricing is very reasonable. It is privately owned so they can put animals first!

Great service, loved the walk in availability compared to every other facility here in riverside especially the pricing for shots was fair. They successfully vaccinated Mr. Chompers aka Snorlax. They were very professional and caring when they had to hold Down Mr.Chompers for his vaccines as well as used gear they have to make the process go by smoother.

We went to many vets. They all wanted to over charge us an arm and a leg. This place here, a god send. They never ohce worried about money and more about the health or my animal. The Dr and the nurses are the best I ever met. If your a regular person with bills I highly recommend this place. Best vet in town. Bar none
