I have used Soma for several years and 10/10 recommend. Communication is top notch, prompt responses and wonderful providers. Taylor, one of the receptionists that I frequently communicate with is phenomenal. She always has an answer to my questions and is always so willing to help. Her customer service is very impressive.

I loved both of my providers at Soma Health. I feel that I was forced to leave them. The billing department is where the issue is with this place. When you sign their online documents they trick you into signing up for auto charge to your card. So I called and said “you have no right to auto charge my card only my co pay. You will send me a statement for my bill just like every other clinic does.” So for a while it stopped. Then end of last year they started up again. I have strings of text messages because that’s the only way they want to communicate with you. I can only reach them via text message as no one will answer the phone when I call. It’s honestly really a sad and pathetic way to do business and I feel sorry for their therapists and providers. Also want to mention when I went in for appointments there is either hardly any staff or the ones there are unhelpful and rude.

I truly love Soma Therapy, I have been with medication & therapy sessions & I love it!! I have been with them for over 2-3 years if I’m not mistaken. Staff is very helpful and get things taken care of right away. Give Soma Therapy a shot. I was referred by my sister and will refer anyone in search of therapy or medication. The billing sometimes is off so save all text messages sent to and from staff just incase there is any discrepancies, I was thinking of switching but I did speak with Janelle, I was super upset and she helped me and called me right away and got things fixed for me.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Soma. Since switching to them, I’ve really felt like my provider actually hears my concerns. Anytime I have an issue, my medical team is on it quick! They are awesome!

Shady. I made my first appointment last year and I had to cancel because my ride which is the transportation assistance program attached to my insurance did not show up. I called and they apologized but when I called SOMA, they had no compassion and I might dig a little deeper because that's weird... Anyway, I have a bill for an over 120 dollar service that I DID NOT receive. I am also aware of your walk in policy where patients can come in the morning and wait to see if there are any canceled appointments. Is there a system that gives credit to the cancellation if the provider didn't lose money? I know many people show up to walk in appointments and they do accept state insurance, but I have to pay 120 dollars out of pocket while you still get the money from the replacement insured appointment. That doesn't sound ethical let alone compassionate. This is what you claim on your website, yes?

SOMA is where I feel truly heard, validated, and understood. My therapist actually hears me and I feel like im one step closer to a better life and understanding of my own feelings and emotions as I process things. Great staff. Attentive and efficient.
