I unfortunately had to make the sudden decision last week to put down my senior kitty, Cookie. After several calls around town to different vets and in home euthanasia companies, I came across South Seminole. I have never come across a team that is so compassionate and empathetic. From the moment I called I was treated with so much respect. They were able to get Cookie in the same day on short notice and ushered us into a room when we arrived so we wouldn’t have to be in the waiting room. The tech and Dr. Tonks were so kind and comforting to me and my family. They treated Cookie like their own animal and I couldn’t have asked for more. I really appreciated the payment being handled while they took Cookie to get her catheter, and they brought her back in a blanket for me to hold her while they pushed the medicine. Even in picking up her remains the staff was so kind and sympathetic. On top of all of this, the clinic was incredible clean and didn’t have any animal smell at all. I will absolutely bring all of my cats here from now on to see Dr. Tonks and team.

After trying other vets this place is by far the best. When my kitty was sick they were very straight to the point and gave me great information so I could make educated decisions about how to move forward.

So grateful to have found a place where my kitty is taken care of and I don’t feel like they are just trying to get money out of me.

Our dogs have been with SSAH since we adopted them over 14 years ago. We found this clinic as they would provide services to local rescues and we never stopped visiting. Dr. Tonks and her staff are simply amazing and care for our furbabies as much as we do.

This is a great office with great staff. They addressed all of my cat's health issues and she has greatly improved. They are always very nice and they know what they are doing.

We have been going to South Seminole Hospital for many years and across multiple dogs. They were compassionate, fair and understanding over the past few months when our Jakey had multiple health concerns and the whole staff made many efforts to fit us in when we needed to be seen and were very helpful in preparing us to make one of the hardest choices we ever had to make.

If we decide to get another dog in the future we will be back

Super great staff!! It actually felt like they like animals and care about them (weirdly hard to find elsewhere). They even sent us a thank you card with real handwritten note and signatures. Also were pretty darn reasonable price wise. I can honestly say I'm not likely to go anywhere else for my cat.
