We made our first visit of our 8 weeks lab puppy. Dr. Greif and the staff attending our girl were extremely friendly and had lot of patience answering & explaining all our questions. All the health checks and immunizations were well explained to us. I would be looking forward for our pet’s future visits at this animal hospital.

New to the area, from CT, and starting with a new vet, I chose Southpoint Animal Hospital for my elderly Australian Shepherd Mix. The staff throughout the facility was very efficient and kind. Dr Garcia was very thorough in her examination and explained everything in a way I could understand. We came up with a good plan for what my geriatric dog needs to keep him healthy and comfortable. The bill was definitely reasonable. I’m so happy to have found my new vet in NC!

In the 25 yrs I’ve owned dogs, I have never found a vet clinic quite like Southpoint Vet Clinic. Dr. Lapham is our primary vet, but we’ve nearly every vet in the clinic and they are all amazing. The vet techs are also the most caring, kind, empathetic and loving people (shout out to Sara Jo and Gibby). We appreciate this clinic so much!

A couple of months ago I had a not good experience getting my cat's nails trimmed (review below). Before that, all my experiences with this practice had been excellent. So I went back (with some trepidation) last week when my cat's nails needed trimming again. This time it was perfect - the tech was very caring, unrushed, and personable and I felt my cat was in the best hands. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name or I would definitely ask for him specifically next time. I'm happy to be able to recommend this practice wholeheartedly again.
