This is the best dental experience I've ever had! I've been going to Spa Dental for about 3 years now and have no complaints. The staff are kind, fun to be around, professional and proactive with your dental care. There are many women of color that practice here, which is something I really appreciate because I feel like I get more empathetic dental care than I have in past.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I got two crowns done, from the first visit I appreciated the transparency of the doctor and thorough time taken to go over everything with me and all the changes. My procedure took 4 visits and every time I was contacted if there had to be any changes. I appreciate the doctor and the staff very much.

It was the first time for me to go there, I found very friendly staff, Dr. Jama is so professional, helpful, friendly and explain everything with details to the patient. The only thing that they need to improve is the time, because the waiting time was long.

This dental clinic used to be very good - timely, efficient and professional. For the third time in a row I’ve had to leave the clinic for excessive wait times - including even being seated and waiting for over 45 minutes (with no explanation or clarification). If an appointment is at 12pm, a patient shouldn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes. Especially after already being checked in and seated.

Bad service and I won’t return.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience. I have never had any issues with my teeth and only really need a dentist for routine cleanings, but this place is really unprofessional and untimely. All 3 times I have come here, I have had to wait over an *hour* after my appointment time to finally see the dentist for my cleanings. I understand things come up with patients, but after asking multiple times today when I would be seen, they told me that they schedule all patients in 30 minute increments, no matter what they are coming in for. While I understand things come up with other patients, but a heads up before my appointment noting they were behind schedule would have been sufficient as I work during the day and can only have a certain amount of time for appointments. Additionally, they offered me to come in earlier before my appointment today as they had appointment cancelations, but was still forced to wait over an hour to be seen.

I’ve been going here since 2022, but the quality of customer care has tanked since their recent change in ownership. I had to follow up for 3 months about a third filling I had to perform on the same tooth. Fast forward to my appointment, I tried to express the frustration around the lack of communication and transparency and was instead told that it was my fault. After convincing myself to still move forward with the procedure, I was given a topical anesthetic, but waited for 25 minutes in the chair until it wore off. The doctor then proceeded to give me anesthesia with the syringe, while she was on a phone call. I waited for another 20 minutes until I saw her attend to another patient and decided that was enough. No patient should endure such treatment, especially in an already stressful situation.

Samia is a great receptionist, super nice and efficient. She helped me make appointments that worked for me and my insurance. Dr Jama is great as well and I've had a speedy recovery after having my teeth extracted.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Dr. Suad Jama. For about four weeks, her office had been asking for my help, and she seemed very eager for me to join. I eventually agreed to work with her and even left my previous job to assist her because she was so insistent that she needed me.

On my first day of work, I put in my full effort and completed everything we had discussed. However, at the end of the day, she went back on our agreement and decided to reduce the pay, saying it was because of one small task that wasn’t done. This was never mentioned as part of the original agreement, and it felt very unfair.

I was incredibly disappointed because she had seemed so sincere during our conversations, but her actions showed a lack of professionalism and respect. I made sacrifices to help her and her office, and I was let down. I wouldn’t recommend working with her based on this experience.
