Could not be happier with my 1st visit to Town & Country Veterinary. Very kind and knowledgeable staff and the price did not break the bank, or even cause a crack. I do have vets closer to me, but I will forever bring my beloved beasts (farm animals and house pets) to this group of fine caring people. You should too.

They didnt hesitate to take in a stray kitten I found where it's mom wouldn't take care of it. My cousin and I took it in and she gave a donation (they didn't ask for a donation) they were willing to take it in and care for it regardless. I am so thankful to have a vet like this in Spencer. I would 💯 recommend taking my animals there.

I just moved to the area and found this vet office by searching recommended vets in Owen county thru FB chatter pages. I've been here twice now and so far I'm extremely happy. Dr. Denise Farrar was key in diagnosing kidney disease in my dog on a normal annual checkup. She did bloodwork that found he had issues yet was showing no signs. I like that she took so much time calling me personally to explain his results, her recommendation of medicated food for initial treatment vs. Putting him on meds right away. She is super nice, matter of fact but in a kind thorough way. Love her!

I called told the person I just adopted a cat explained I thought he had bladder infection. Since I've never been in she was very rude to me and said we have no appointments and didn't offer anything else. I hung up because what was the point. I called because my friend recommended this place. I don't know why she was so short with me but she was. I called 4th or 3rd of April. This was very unprofessional

Always friendly but flea prevention bought barely worked still itching with fleas.

Edit; Now you prescribe a dog 100mg of carprofen 1.5xs a day....What's the rest of the process after do you what do you tell the owner an how do you proceed after that step tell them call if any issues, check their weight, check to make sure not on any other medications that intervene or react?
