I can’t recommend Sploot enough. From the moment I called, I was met with the most empathetic and caring people I’ve ever interacted with in this type of situation. The person on the phone was incredibly tender, attentive, and kind, making a stressful moment so much easier.

When we arrived, the same level of care was shown in person. The staff genuinely cared, not just about my cat but about me too. They were calm, professional, and deeply empathetic, even in what must be a tough job with constant emergencies.

It’s clear they have a passion for helping others, and their ability to stay positive while facing difficult situations speaks volumes about their character. Their kindness and attention to detail made a scary situation manageable. The pricing was reasonable, especially for the exceptional care they provided.

Took my beagle to an ER in Skokie and what a nightmare. In short - HORRIBLE SERVICE - waste of $250 for an exam that probably never happened. Made an appointment with Sploot the next day and what a difference! The staff at Sploot are amazing. Great service, very clean facility, and Dr. Manson & his assistant showed so much compassion and provided great care for my beagle. If you’re looking for a new vet - this is the place!

I took my dog to Sploot this weekend (my vet was closed) and was very pleased with their treatment and approach. They took their time with me, informed me of what they’re were doing and why, were comprehensive in getting my dogs full health history and overall, were very nice and caring. It’s good to know Sploot is available (they have multiple locations!) otherwise I would have had to take my dog to the ER. I highly recommend Sploot)

I just moved to Chicago from PA with my cat, Viper. She did not enjoy the move at all. I found Sploot while searching for a new vet and they have really helped my fur baby. Dr. Manson and the nurse team were so patient and understanding with me as a worried pet parent. What really stood out to me was the way Dr. Manson didn’t just prescribe a special diet and send me on my way. He really took the time to assess Viper and find an underlying cause of her stress and gave us a solution and a plan to follow to ensure her stress doesn’t come back. I just moved to Chicago with my wife and 2 dogs. Our oldest dog has K9 epilepsy and can be a little anxious at the vet, so I’m really really glad we found Sploot!

My guy had a great visit, got lots of treats, and love from the staff. We also got the meds we needed to keep him from having seizures.

Although I haven’t brought our smallest one in yet, I’m hopeful and optimistic that they’ll take great care of him too.

Seriously the best vet we’ve found in any of the 3 states we’ve called home over the last 5 years!
