I was honestly pretty worried about going to a "corporate" style vet for the first time as a new client. I was incredibly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. The doctor was the first DVM I've seen that ACTUALLY listened to me and came up with a treatment plan for the future. Most vets just send you home with antibiotics but he took care of her discomfort with fluids and probiotics. Then referred me to see an internal medicine DVM to do further diagnostics. I am truly amazed at how dedicated this team was!

We took our puppy Sandy to her first appointment today. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the staff. They treated Sandy with gentle care. We will be taking Sandy to Sploot Veterinary care for all her veterinary needs.

Love Sploot! They are attentive, sweet to my dog, and have great availability whenever I need them or issues arise. My dog Archie has had diet issues for all of his life, and we’ve brought his issues up to other vets but Dr Fox at Sploot was the first to mention that it could be a food allergy issue! One prescription later and he’s a new dog! No more vomiting and regular poops — they are the best vet clinic too, as they checked up on him through text and phone calls following our appt!

I recently visited Sploot for my dog’s annual check-up, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a few behavioral concerns, and the techs took a very thoughtful approach to address them. They didn’t rush the appointment, which made me feel truly valued as a pet parent. They listened to all of my concerns and provided thorough answers, making sure I felt confident about my dog’s care. I was very concerned when our pup, Daphne, got into some cactus and woke up limping on the weekend. Was worried animal urgent care would cost a fortune. We got a $50 off card for a first visit and the vet didn’t even charge us to remove the quills. With meds we walked out the door with a bill just over $60 and a much happier dog. Happy mom too!

We love the Highlands location! The staff are thorough and take the time to take to talk through any questions we have. We really appreciate having the option to text anytime with questions about appointments, medications, scheduling, etc. Although we aren’t guaranteed to see the same vet each visit, the intake form and staff’s review before makes appointments seamless with going through everything together!
