We have boarded our dogs at the hotel twice, the first time there were no issues! The second time— the camera in the one room didn’t work until the night before check out, so we got to see them for maybe an hour before the camera shut off for the night. We were still charged for the camera even though we couldn’t use it to see our dogs. We boarded 4 dogs and two of them are biological sisters— they look alike but one is bigger and lighter colored, they mixed them up and put them in the wrong rooms, which isn’t a big deal since all 4 dogs get along, but 1 is sister is good with other dogs and one isn’t. One was signed up to do the play group with other dogs, and one wasn’t for that reason, if they mixed them up and put the one that isn’t good with dogs with all the other dogs staying at the hotel, she could have caused a fight! And they all had collars on that says their names so there was no reason they should have mixed up the dogs in the first place. As soon as all the dogs got home they all downed bowls full of water, which makes me question how much access to water they were given. I gave exactly enough food for their stay, and yet 2/4 dogs had food left over.. did they not get fed one day? We called/texted/and emailed several times to try and get the cameras fixed, and it didn’t happen for an entire day! Overall this was not a good experience. They either need to train better or hire more people to make sure the animals are adequately taken care of.

I think the facility is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. However, the upcharging is an issue. While I have no problem paying for quality service, I do have an issue when I am taken advantage of. I have never boarded my dogs and not received a call about needed medicine or treatment. For example, a pill given to my dog cost me over 30 dollars, while the cost via Chewy for one pill was much less than fifty cents. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes. Please don't respond with the history of Spot On; I have already read it.

This a premier and well respected pet “emporium” — everything you can want for your beloved fur baby can be found here. Everyone I have met here are so loving and knowledgeable. You can tell people are working there because they love our pets and not just for a paycheck. My beloved Biscuit comes home so happy after every visit. And shout-out to our favorite, Arin. She is always there with a smile!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at SpotonVet! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and incredibly professional. They took excellent care of my pet, and I truly felt like they treated my fur baby as if it were their own.

The veterinarians are knowledgeable, and they explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood my pet’s treatment plan. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed for top-notch care.

I can’t thank SpotonVet enough for their outstanding service! If you’re looking for a veterinary hospital that genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being, this is the place to go!

Would never get my dogs groomed here again! First of all— they both had some matting and the groomers corresponded through text asking for permission to shave their butts and underbellies— fine. They came back completely shaved, to the point where I can see patchy skin and toes! Second- this place is highway robbery. They told us on the phone that the dogs require flu vaccines and fecal tests and we asked for quotes and the woman gave a rough estimate but omitted all of the doctor fees, the lab fee, they even required an “exam” by their vet as it is allegedly protocol with the vaccine despite having just had their annual physicals at their own vet. A $200 grooming turned into $600!! We asked if they can adjust some of the bill for the information that was never relayed to us- nope. To say I’m irate is an understatement. My poor dogs will be wearing sweaters in the house now.

Spot On has truly become our family. I was very hesitant to bring my rescue to a new daycare after having a bad experience elsewhere and Arin and Janet could not have been more warm, thorough, and welcoming when we came for our evaluation. Janet, the trainer listened to me as I described every detail about my dog and she was so patient with the both of us. I started bringing him to spot on at about 6 months old after rescuing him and he was still very hesitant and reactive, yet Janet welcomed him with open arms and trained him to be the most well socialized dog I’ve ever had! From Janet, to Arin, to Dr. Pickerstein, Spot On is truly a family to us and I don’t know what I would do without them.
