Dr.Smith and his staff are awesome.
We had to have major surgery on our girl Sadie and they treated us as if we were family.

My sweet dog Bella was run over and seriously injured. I had never been there before, but they were able to get us in right away, and without hesitation. Unfortunately they weren’t able to save her in the end, but the doctor and the staff were absolutely amazing and showed compassion during a very difficult time for me.

We were referred to Dr. Smith by our veterinarian and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service and care our furry family member received. I was very impressed with how efficient the clinic operates. The updates given as surgery begins all the way to recover were great. Our baby had a long stay and they called and gave daily updates. It meant a lot that Dr. Smith also called and gave updates on our dogs condition when more explanation was needed. He also patiently answered any questions we had. I can truly say they went above and beyond with our situation and my family is very grateful for Dr. Smith’s kindness.

In the fall of 2021 our new puppy jumped off a set of stairs and clearly injured himself. No local veterinarians could see him for over a week. We called Spring Park and were told to bring him immediately in. After X-rays we were told he broke his leg. Instead of trying to make money off our situation the doctor said he’s young, it should heal without intervention. After some medication our dog healed great. We’ve use them now for all our dogs even though he’s 1h 15 min away.
In February of 2024 the same dog decided he could fly and jumped off the back of a chair and broke his hip. Again the doctor was able to treat the immediately. His staff is helpful and the facility is spotless.

There are no better vets in Mountain Home. Thank you all, the entire staff, for caring for my Feeza Fee over the years. Your compassionate team and Doctors have given her tremendous care over the years and I am so very thankful to you all. Words fail to express my gratitude for your teams help in making her passing as comfortable as possible. I very much appreciated the card you all sent and I more than appreciated that you guys got a clay cast of her paw print. I wasn’t expecting that and it meant so much. You guys are amazing.

I will never forget the compassion and caring they have given a little stray that my husband found hit. I took that baby in and for 2 weeks they fought for her. Thank you for showing her and ME love and understanding. Dr Smith was kind and understanding. Everyone I spoke with or dealt with was. Thank you for what you do. They also assisted me with a huge vet bill. I know they can't do that in every case but they tried hard to save this beautiful little puppy. God bless yall.

Everyone is very pleasant and excellent with my dogs. My dogs love going in for visits and loves on the girl. Dr Smith returns calls quickly If I have any problems after hours.
Dr. Smith is wonderful but is quick in and out. Did a wonderful lazer surgery on my boxers nose and made a world of difference on his breathing. Thank you all
