This clinic doesn’t even deserve a star. I took my pup into the clinic for a UTI and they charged me over 600. They took X-rays before even attempting to perform a urinalysis. I was charged with two unnecessary X-rays that did not need to be perform. After X-rays were performed the doctor told me he has bacteria in his urine. I will NOT bring any animals here anymore. After getting medication the pharmacy the veterinarian said she should have performed a procedure prior that may have prevent me take my dog to the er.

We took our fur babies to have their nails trimmed today…. All 5 of them. We’ve used Springdale Animal hospital for many years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is nice and helpful. We have 4 dachshunds and a chihuahua. We’ve always been very well taken care of…. From major hernia surgery to just lil having our girls fixed. Can’t go wrong here!!

Do not recommend. Brought my cat in who was missing 64 days! He had a major uti I could smell it. It was so bad it stunk up the room when he peed in the cage. The vet said “no uti” and while in the middle of explaining how my cat had been acting since getting him back the vet told me to shut up!!! I wanted to leave but she had my cat in her arms. I just ignored it but then the vet tech was also treating me very bad. I came in with a voucher and they were still trying to charge me for the visit! Then told me it was another $40 for his meds he didn’t even need because the vet was trying to say the smell was his breath -.- I walked out and called MY REGULAR vet in west fork and he immediately knew my baby had a uti not anything to do with his mouth just based off what I was telling him. I will never take a single one of my babies here again I’ll drive to west fork before I ever come here again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you absolutely had to, they were bumping rap music in the back, around already stressed animals, they ask for a critical care deposit before had and just go ahead and charge you another hundred more afterward for everything done. Taking our animal into the back they said “this is new” but also stated they were confident they could treat our animal when they did not know anything about it.

I am a foster for Whiskers Rescue and I brought a kitten there with Giardia. I was given the wrong medication and was charged over $200. This kitten is still suffering until I can get the right meds later this week. Also, they kept saying that they “only deal with Fabulous Felines.” I don’t even know what that means. You can’t see a kitten from another rescue? We will never bring another kitten there again. The young vet assistant and the receptionist were the only bright light during the visit. Everyone was really worried about getting paid. They kept asking me who was paying for it. Y’all need to relax.

My dog has been favoring her paws and developed a horrible cough this summer. After a couple of visits, her allergies are under control and her kennel cough has finally run its course. Dr. Betts has been great and all the staff has been friendly and helpful. Maggie is back to her playful self and loving sunbathing outside again.... ?

We have an English bull terrier. Vets and Staff have been amazing! We have been using them since 2011. Very caring and informative. They ALWAYS show us estimates before doing anything. We have never had a negative visit or phone calls. They always greeted and welcomed us. Staff even came around the corner to greet and ask how our furbaby was doing! Love y’all!

"Extremely disappointed with this vet clinic. I was charged $600 for common services, like dewormers, for two dogs. After consulting with other vet clinics, we found out that the price we paid was outrageously high. The staff, except for the lady at checkout, seemed unhappy and unfriendly. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to others."
