I wish I could give St Charles Veterinary more than 5 stars. Everyone is so unbelievably kind. I had to say goodbye to my dog Monday night and they were so compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Amy is so knowledgeable with my dog and what she was going through and offered the best options. When I ultimately decided on saying goodbye she was so gentle with the process and explained everything to me since it was my first time going through it. I was given as much time as I wanted with my pup. The receptionists are ALWAYS so kind, whether I am coming in for vaccines or something more serious. One receptionist in particular (that I have seen almost every time I come in) has always been so nice and came into the room to offer condolences and go over my after-care options. She even took my card to run it so I could leave as soon as I was ready without having to stop at the desk. They truly care about you and your pet & made something so heartbreaking a tiny bit easier for me.

I have a second dog at home & will always a be a loyal customer for exams and vaccines. I come from North Aurora and the drive is always worth it for the kind treatment I receive from everyone. Thank you all so much!

My dogs have been patients of St. Veterinary Clinic for 20+ years. The front desk staff, the vet techs, and the veterinarians are all exemplary. I have been fortunate to have connected with an amazing vet, Dr. Jennifer Martens, who cared for my dogs for many years. Through her diligence and tenacity, she literally saved the lives of two critically ill dogs. Fortunately for me, when Dr. Jenn left a few years ago, the puppers and I met Dr Amy Fietelson. She is knowledgeable, professional, delightful, and clearly caring. My doggos love her, as do I. The “herd” and I look forward to a many years as her patients. I would never go anywhere else❣️

Our 6 yr old had his annual check up. Dr Amy is very enthusiastic and wonderful with our poodles. It felt like a thorough and thoughtful health check

Susan K was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond for our dog and family when he was sick in the hospital. She even called me after he was discharged from his 3 days in the hospital. She has such a kind heart and you can tell that she truly cares about her job. We have never left our pet anywhere overnight and I was extremely nervous the first night, but with Susan K being there, I felt like he was in the best hands. I cannot thank her enough for the compassion she showed us and our Charlie.
Moreover, Dr. Marsia was so informative on her insight to what was happening with our dog. She sat with me and explained her knowledge without rushing and answered all my questions.
I wish I could remember the other two young girls that worked on the evening staff….they were wonderful as well.
I really am very thankful for this facility and the care that they took of our dog during a difficult time. He is now back and home, happy, and healthy.

I Love this place! I take ALL of my pets here. Everyone is very friendly, thorough, and attentive. They genuinely care and show that they LOVE animals! They really take time to answer all of your questions and make sure each animal is shown special, individual attention! 🙂

Hidden Gem, I highly recommend for you and your pets, as these folk are some of the, if not the nicest and most helpful folk I have ever encountered! Best veterinarian clinic I have ever been to, will be going to them and only them from now on with every pet I have:)!

Thank you to all the staff... Everyone of you for helping out Rozzie!

Rozzie had a medical emergency (We were welcomed by the Vet Clinic. We did not go to the Emergency Center next door)

The moment we walked in they all stopped everything to help him even though he didn't have an appointment.

The kindness and care they went through to help Rozzie (German Shepherd) will forever be in my heart.
