I love when anyone makes over my boy so they get a five just for the way they treat him when he is in. The vets do a good job. They are knowledgeable and respectful. They are also gentle with him. Which I appreciate. The front desk is good about reminder calls and reminders when your flea meds are due. They're cheaper then alot of places also. But the most important part is I feel he is very well cared for.

Disrespectful front desk, lacking in kindness and professionalism. Laughing at customers as if they're belittling the person. If they'll treat us as the fur parents like garbage imagine what's going on behind the door you get shut out of. Not only do you get shut out but you also get given no information. I can't imagine trusting these "people" (if that's what I have to call them) with my familes lives. I truly hope you reconsider and make a further drive for help !

Not the veterinary clinic to go to, horrible service, they require money upfront? With that being said, anything you ask you will not get much information on. Unless it’s regarding their procedures, can’t even tell you even as much as symptoms.
They claim the deposit is due to loosing the company money but I find it hard to believe it cost that much loss of funds if you’re willing to give a refund prior of 24 hours an even then what is that a day before?
What happens if your pet dies 23 hours prior & you don’t need the appointment no more the business is still going to take the money?

Overall, I do not recommend this clinic for anybody.
Personally, I would gladly drive to the next county over to see more compassionate human beings that aren’t so worried about money.( price is normally cheaper else from the few I’ve interacted with)

I woke up this morning to our cat barely clinging to life, they were able to get us in within a couple hours because every other vet i tried could not get us in same day. They do have a new patient policy to put down a deposit if you haven't been in before, which was only a slight issue for me because I only had care credit on me (they do accept but can't do it over the phone, which I am familiar with) luckily I don't live very far so I was able to drive down and put the deposit to get my cat seen within an hour. Everyone was extremely kind, and worked with us to build a plan on how we would approach the situation. We were given multiple options to fit our financial situation, and guidance on how to proceed. Unfortunately the tests we did showed our cat could not be saved, and they gently helped us say goodbye and end his suffering. Even though this was not the outcome we hoped for, I am very appreciative for the staff and how much they helped us through everything.

The doctors are incredible. Very friendly and very caring. Very good at their jobs. The front desk staff is what is really hurting this practice. It’s unfortunate to have unfriendly people at a front desk and the “face” of a company. We had been considering transferring to a local vet office, and although the doctors were great, we just can’t consider this practice based on the experience with the front. If you can overlook that, the doctors are worth recommending.

I’d like to start out that I’m sure it is very stressful at times and hard working in a busy veterinarian’s office. We all have bad days at work. It’s hard when our fur babies are sick or having surgery. They don’t understand what’s happening. but when your beloved pet has passed away and you call for questions about why it’s taking so long for your dog to be cremated and getting the ashes back and that person over the phone, All she can do is just be rude and hateful to already emotional situation. The first time I called I thought maybe she was having a bad day but the second time I called it was just as bad. But looking at other reviews, it sounds like she’s that way most of the time. When we lost our dog four weeks ago, we were literally heartbroken. Just like everyone that comes in there looking for help and compassion. There is no compassion at the front desk at this veterinarian’s office.

Today was the first time my kitty got shots and it went smooth. They were the cheapest place to get my baby fixed AND they were super nice about everything. the front counter girls were really nice and professional. Also the place was very clean and put together nice. Might take him here furever🤣. I would highly recommended this place if you live in indiana and need a good vet 🙂
