It was a day we had been dreading, but on a recent morning, our sweet 15 year old Goldendoodle Lucy let us know it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. Lucy has been a patient at St. Joe for many years and we have always been pleased with her care. We called St. Joe that sad morning and were told we could come right away which was such a relief because Lucy was in pain. Addy took care of us and she could not have done a better job. We were very emotional and didn't know what to expect. Addy was extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and so, so kind. We truly appreciated her skill and her ability to guide us through a heartbreaking procedure and take care of sweet Lucy with true empathy.

I brought my 9.5 year old labradoodle here for post op rehab for his TPLO surgery on his knee. The rehab program was much more than I expected! I was only expecting some laser therapy. They offer water treadmill, mobility exercises, and laser in one well priced package! We had to reschedule one of the sessions and they were very understanding of that. Sarah was in charge of Ottos rehab and she was very caring, patient, and really knew what she was doing! She put Otto through some really good exercises and Otto seemed to really enjoy each time we went! I highly recommend this place for rehab! Fortunate to have them close by. Thank you all!

I was nervous about locating a new vet for my 13-year-old rescue when my current vet had to unexpectedly close her practice; I called several places and am so glad I found St. Joe! From the minute I reached out online, their team was responsive and very easy to work with. We just had our first visit today, and the staff and Dr. Kline could not have been more welcoming, compassionate and professional. I feel like my sweet girl is in good hands again!

Rude. Inconsistent. Telling me one thing then doing another. They are way more interested in collecting money than they are about the health of your pet. There must be 10 or more vets in the area that are better than these people.

Seems very genuinely concerned with my dog I brought in, only issue I have is communication after treatment. My dog has taken 2 prescriptions of antibiotics and she still has the problem I took her in with originally. I have had to remind the staff on follow up visits.

I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my babies. The care and service given here is greatly appreciated. They handled a complicated (dog) surgery with ease, and kept us informed every step of the way, going above and beyond. They earned our trust through consistent kindness and professionalism.

I have had a pet patient with St Joe Vet for over 20 years. Even after Dr. Cates sold, I have had no complaints with the Dr. Wyatt or Nurse Shelby, they have been great. What I do have a complaint about is the customer service and the way the owner handled the situation. I had called and scheduled an appointment for my pet and double checked with staff to make sure they would be open that Friday as most places are closed. She assured me they would and even put me on hold to double check. Approximately a month later Kiley (CSR) calls me and needs to reschedule as they will be closed. I let her know that I was disappointed with having to change with them being closed on Saturdays now its an inconvenience. Kiley was very rude on the phone. After thinking about the call, I called back and asked to speak to the owner as I wanted to discuss the way Kiley spoke to me on the phone. Two weeks later I have not received a call so made the decision to go ahead and change vets. I called back and asked for medical records to be emailed to me. I was flabbergasted when I read the notes on my cats file about my phone conversation with Kiley. Of course, she failed to let the owner know that she was rude to me. The notes on my file state that the OWNER stated that she was NOT calling me back and that changing vets would be in the best interest. I am at awe..... I've never known a business professional to conduct business this way. Again, Dr. Wyatt and Nurse Shelby are wonderful here, they just need better customer service representatives and the owner should return phone calls so its not one sided...I have several friends and family members that also go to St Joe Vet and they have had similar issues with customer service...
