We recently started coming here. We absolutely love the staff! Our dog can be a little nervous, but she just loves Sam. she lets her do whatever she needs to with out a fuss. She is the best. All the vets are great! Going to bring any pet we ever adopt here.

We’ve been using this place for quite sometime and love it. We recently came here as our dog was favoring his back paw and we’re not sure what was wrong. They were able to get us pretty quickly as there was a cancellation and were able to diagnose as a sprain and prescribed anti inflammatory meds for him. Great experience and very accommodating

Dr. Jebens & staff provided the ultimate care for my senior Yorkshire terrier. The staff is communicative, the clinic is spacious & clean, and the prices are affordable therefore accessible. Dr.Jebens really took the time to review my senior’s dog history in order to propose informed solutions regarding his treatment. I felt empowered & educated when making decisions for my first senior dog. I will be coming back for my dog’s librela shot!

My husbands leader dog for the Blind became suddenly ill. He has received all his care from Dr Kerry Lancaster DVM for 9 years.harwell. Became suddenly very ill mid September. His care was provided by Dr Jebens and Dr Lisa. On 10/1 we brought in Harwell bleeding steadily from his mouth. Dr Lisa discussed options and prognosis with us. We decided it was best to put him out of his misery. Dr Lisa handled his euthanasia with love care and professionalism. We all cried together while he quietly went to heaven. Just love this hospital. This was the second Euthanasia we done at Sugar Grove Animal Hospital.

I have been to so many vets and I’m so glad I found sugar Grove Animal Hospital and Dr. Robbins. Their prices are low, the staff is AMAZING, I never even get put on hold when I call. I highly recommend this place!!
