We have taken multiple animals to this vet and had an okay experience every time. Well this last week our cat started not to feel very well and we went into get her seen. The vet had no true idea what was going on but tried to get us to spend 100s of dollars to do testing he didn’t even know would come up with anything. We took the food stimulate and nothing has improved my mother in law called to get her back in and April was very rude and condescending making my MIL feel like a bad cat mom. I called back to get the name of who she talked too and April answered, she denied talking to my MIL in a rude manner, I mentioned I wanted to get this resolved or I would leave a review. I thought April and I had resolved it, but then my MIL gets a call 10 mins later saying the vet said since I was going to leave a review he no longer wanted to have us as customers. As this is why I’m here. We were not treated as humans, and as soon as there was any possible issue the vet did not try to fix it instead he left a family with a cat on their death bed with no where else to go.

April is the most rudest receptionist i have ever come in contact with, Dr. Davis was great and had patience with my traumatized puppy now under the new doctor he refused to see my puppy stating he was mean and aggressive and dismissed us from the pravtice. When i asked for April to tell me what vaccines my puppy was getting she named them off and after looking at the bill I questioned her about 1 vaccine and she said its a new baccine and you didnt say NO! Well as a facility giving a new vaccine it should be explained what it is and IF i wanted it, its not a regular vaccine just recommended for outdide dogs, excuse me April my dog stays indoors. And she had the nerve to say Im rude because i questioned her. Im glad we got dismissed because that ptavtice is horrible under the new md. GIRL BYE

I will miss Dr. Davis after 13 years of caring for my precious baby. Dr. Baath is wonderful. He stands well on the shoulders and the knowledge of the generations before him. He brings a modern approach which perfectly compliments the quality of care we all came to love and expect from Dr. Davis. He is well spoken and informative, easy to communicate with, understanding, knowledgable and caring. You can tell he chose his profession because of the love in his heart for pets and animals that we all share for ours.
