Thank you Dr Perez and staff at Suntree Animal Hospital, for your phenomenal, kind and compassionate care. You made his passing so much easier and pain free. And he wasn’t scared as we surrounded him. Thank you earnestly for that. He went out with his dignity as the impeccable Gentleman that he always been.
My family and I were thankful that you all could squeeze us into Dr Perez’s schedule for a same day appointment. We were very moved by the compassionate care from the technicians and front office staff.
Dr Perez is an excellent veterinarian and has cared for several of our pets off and on over the past 18years. (That is how old Jackie was). He is not only extremely competent but highly compassionate in his care. Would highly recommend.

The staff at this clinic are fantastic. The veterinarians are all great. They have always done a great job with my pets along with checking up on them. We always get a checkup call after going in for anything besides well animal visits. Boarding facilities are great too. They also let us know they were thinking of us after we lost each of our pets(2 dogs and 1cat) by sending us a personalized card. I would highly recommend them. I had to work with 2 other offices in the area when adopting pets, and I'm glad that I found Suntree Animal Clinic.

Very happy in general with their service but especially with boarding!
For the second year I boarded my pup for 3 weeks and he looked great upon my return.
I only wish they would still keep the boarding open had a storm come through.

Front staff and vet techs are absolutely sweet and wonderful. Dr. Perez is extremely unprofessional. If you have an opposing opinion as him, he will continue to bicker with you demanding he is correct, even after being told multiple times to disengage from the conversation and stop. Vet school has changed a bit since 1984... some continuing education and professionalism classes are needed for sure! He doesn't disagree that they have contracts with prescription diets and push those to sell and didn't disagree that the ingredients in them are awful. He is anti-raw diet. I recommend joining some RAW/BARF diet groups on Facebook in order to re-educate him on the benefits and studies of diets for cats. He also debunk this theory saying a stray cat would eat RAW RATS and RAW ANIMALS, but to cook the food for my animals. I told him multiple times to stop recommending things I am not there for and to disengage with me, but he kept pursuing being confrontational leading me to advocate and become confrontational as well. Very disappointing when a vet won't consider NEW information out that is BEST for the animal nor let the customer speak on their evidence at all because they went to school for 8 years..to learn mainly surgeries and meds...not diets of animals. Also, I paid for an exam for my cat but Dr. Perez didn’t even check her heart, etc.
