No es bueno para nada este servicio llevo 2 días marcando todas las posibilidades y no tengo opciones para atención al cliente en espańol pasar las tarjetas y te dice la maquino que no fue aprobado el pago y cuando logras pagar y revisas tu cuenta si te cobran ha mi me lo hicieron 4 veces y ahora no me puedo comunicar para arreglar el problema ojo con eso porque el que tenga el dinero para pagar sus Bill puede quedarte en 0 las tarjetas y esperar hasta que se pueda comunicar con alguien por supuesto en espańol porque solo hasta ahora he podido en inglés y el servicio no era así antes porque tenías opciones

My neighbor recently had issues with water collecting around his meter box for the last month or so.

Truck 2053 came out tonight and Michael Williams dug up around the area and was able to locate the leak. He was very nice, explained what he was doing and fixed the issue in a timely manner for my neighbor.

Big thanks to the City of Tampa Water Department for providing great customer service!

These are the most useless and incompetent people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in Tampa government. Somehow, we had two utility accounts set up in our house we were moving in to and charged us a "non-refundable" connection fee for both accounts despite one only being active for like 3 days. . My roommate had physically called them and spoke to them to set everything up, so I don't understand how they could have jacked it up so badly. $30 isn't a lot of money... but it's really scummy that they won't credit our active account for the $30... it's straight highway robbery... Jane Castor needs to get voted out of Tampa city office and we need someone that will purge these dinks from this department.

After several calls to resolve an ACH billing issue, I finally got Samera on the phone who handled my problem quickly and with great customer service skills! She should be promoted to management! She could stream line customer service to handle issues more efficiently!

Daylight robbery
If your service gets disconnected, you are sprung with 2 surprise fees, $40 to remove the lock and $45 to reconnect service. These fees are not mentioned to you beforehand. They will tell you over the phone because you HAVE to call to get your service reconnected even if you paid more than 24hrs ago...
Now I have to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs before service is reconnected and I can take a shower.. rude customer service - I asked where these fees were stated in writing and was responded to with "well I'm telling you now over the phone. Highway robbery and I don't even have water yet after paying shortly after they disconnected it and its a monopoly, you have no choice

I tried calling the office today, Froday Dec. 23rd 2022. Google showed they are open today, Friday but the automated system said they are closed. My water bill tripled this month for no reason. We checked the meter and there was no leak. The glass screen on the meter has condensation and scratches badly that you can not read the numbers. I had to bend down on the side lower to the ground to see the numbers barely. The service date was to 12/06. Previous meter reading was 3506 on the bill and current meter read 3585 on the bill. My meter as of today is 3544. It is saying we used 59 CCF. It is 17 days after their last reading and the actual number is still smaller then their reading 17 days ago. They are charing me 3 months worth of usage in 1 month. My usage from last year for this month was 21 and last month in Nov. Was 20. Check your meter for accuracy neighbors. These people are guessing the numbers and not actually reading it. I'm checking mine from now on.
