This place has always helped my pets everytime we needed it. Especially when all the other vets in this area turn us down because we didn't have the money up front, which is wrong.
I recommend this vet over Any other over any in the nearby area. They are much more flexible with payments if need be. And much more friendly to your pets and yourselves.

I recently accompanied my mother to this veterinary office to say goodbye to our beloved cat. It was a very emotional experience for us. After the visit, when we were leaving, the veterinarian approached me, stating that I had left a one-star review and mentioned reporting him to the Humane Society. This surprised me, as I had never written such a review. I left a review previously in 2018; however, it was thoughtful and polite, and I even apologized for any concerns I had raised, with no mention of the Humane Society. I have attached picture to verify this.

Additionally, if you review the public reviews on the Facebook page, you will see that someone else had left a review mentioning the Humane Society, but I am not associated with that person in any way. I felt that bringing this up was irrelevant and unnecessary in our situation.

While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled, as the veterinarian walked out in front of us and slammed the door. In such a sensitive moment, I believe compassion and professionalism are essential.

When I had to put my beloved cat to sleep, the staff was extremely kind and went above and beyond. The entire staff even signed a condolence card and it was mailed to me after she had passed. They made the worst day a lot more bearable. I'm forever grateful for the care they gave Cathole aka Butterscotch.

Dr Teasdale is a great Dr. I have a Chow Chow and he is the Best with her.
Andrea at the front desk is so nice. She is always there when you need to see if your dog's food is in.
I would not go anywhere else.
I would recommend Dr Teasdale to everyone!! ?

Dr. Dan has been very open with the options for treatment to help ensure that we are prioritizing quality over quantity of life. Extremely unethical and immoral! They agreed to a half down, half in payments arrangement before my dogs surgery. Now, after paying the half down and less than 2 weeks later and still 2 weeks from the first payment being due, the owners wife had the assistant text us to say the balance is due in a month or "we will send it to our new collection agency". They haven't even taken the stitches out yet and now refuse to and, in their first contact regarding the bill, are threatening legal action and trying to intimidate while ignoring ther obligation to the animals health.
