The staff is quick to respond and appointment scheduling is seamless. Dr. Kennell and the entire staff are welcoming, professional and provide stellar veterinary services.

Words cannot describe how much I love this clinic! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My dog is not the friendliest to strangers but loves these guys. Even after moving, we still continue to go here. I highly suggest for anyone looking for a clinic!

We called last week to get our 9 month old cat in for an appointment and get surgery scheduled. We told them over the phone that he is 9 months and about 13lbs. We got told that they would get his procedures scheduled after we had our visit with the Dr. GREAT! Lets get this done. This morning was his appointment, we got him loaded and ready to head into the appointment. Our cat has never been out of the house and never in a car. So we all were a little nervous. The tech came in and proceeded to tell us that they couldnt do one procedure because he is over 8 months and over 8lbs. She then tells us that another vet down the street can do his procedure. Everyone in the office should know the process for procedures. My husband and I are not happy that we were not told this until we got there. So we wasted our morning thinking we were good to go, only to find out that the person that we talked to didnt know the process.

Very disappointed in Teegarden. We have been recommended by all family to go here and they’ve always spoken highly of them. our dogs got
Into an altercation last night leading one of our dogs to have some pretty extensive bite marks on his neck. We took him to tri county animal hospital that night for an emergency visit. They gave an injection to get him through until we could see our normal vet. Called Teegarden the next morning(715am) and they said they can’t get him in. I said even though he went to the emergency hospital and has open wounds? They said no and call around. They then said that I should just go back to try county tonight and have them take care of it. And I said “well they quoted me $1500 and they told me my normal vet would be a lot cheaper and to go through my actual vet”. They still weren’t able to do anything. I got ahold of Washington Vet and they were able to squeeze us in for a same day appointment. They aren’t even our vet and they were able to see my dog and get him the care he needed! I went on the fact that maybe I was overreacting and the wounds weren’t as bad and I thought but talking to Washington Vet, they said the notes said the wounds were extensive and needed to be addressed. So for teegarden to not even squeeze in their patient to even be looked at is crazy. I can understand if it was something that didn’t require immediate attention but open wounds after a dog attack?! There should’ve been something that could’ve been done. If I take my kid to the ER at night, my pediatrician will want to see her the next business day no matter what. It should’ve been the same for my fur baby

First time in a long time I got a puppy Molly. Iam 69 years young looking for a good vet for Molly she a black lab. As soon as I walked in the door was greeted by a smiling face wanting to know if this was Molly. They got us right in. They gave Molly a great check over. They were gentle and did a thorough exam. And set her up for shots that were to come. Very happy with first visit. Looking for a long relationship with them.

I would 100% recommend Teegarden to anyone! They treated me and my 11 year old dog with full compassion throughout the whole process! My dog went through full anesthesia and had surgery to remove a mass and they kept me updated the entire time they were open ears and just so compassionate! I'm still speechless as to what I paid for both of these visits, shots,nails clipped , surgery and painkillers were under $600! If that isn't enough I went to my mailbox this morning and found a card that the whole staff signed for my Molly girl! ❤️
