My name is Anna and I am very pleased to review Telepaws. Telepaws is perfect! Dr Jennifer Rowan was incredible and I have no words to express my gratitude. The entire system is extremely agile and works perfectly. I made the payment, was contacted by Dr Rowan, we scheduled the appointment and my feline boy and I were attended to with enormous competence and kindness. After that, I received a recap of what we said during the appointment and written instructions, I bought the prescribed medications at their pharmacy and they arrived promptly. Grade 10!!! Once again, thank you so much Dr Jennifer Rawan and Telepaws!! ❤️❤️❤️

What a fantastic service if you have pets! Our Pups were all experiencing different levels of coughing and hacking and we couldn’t get in to our regular vet. We called Telepaws and paid a $69 fee for a Zoom call with a licensed Veterinarian. She called as scheduled (was within an hour of our initial call) and was very informative and checked them out virtually with our minimal assistance. She prescribed and called in meds to our pharmacy immediately and all was good. Highly recommended for non life threatening issues!

Called with concerns for our cat. The vet was super patient and listened. He prescribed her with medication right over the phone. It was so easy. Never even had to get all the kids in the car just to wait at a vets office for over an hour. Would definitely use this service again!!!

I am SO grateful for this service! Dr. Sawyer scheduled an appointment with me the morning I requested it and was able to diagnose my cat's eye condition and call-in an antibiotic to my local pharmacy right away. She was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. My cat hates being in the carrier and so saving us a trip to the vet was a relief for us both. It was affordable and efficient and I will definitely use it again!

Great service! Same day appt on a Sunday with Rx for all three cats. Saved lots of stress. Not to mention the money. It would have cost us way more for three seperate appts at our local vet. I made sure that VA was a state they could prescribe in first, obviously. Thank you, Dr. Scott Perry!

I had a great same-day, single-fee (non-membership) appointment regarding a flareup of my cat's chronic urinary condition. The vet I zoomed with really listened regarding my cat's health history, and he was understanding, encouraging, and helpful. He gave me options for dietary changes, plus possible medication and supplement additions that could be helpful for my cat, which was really needed since we had exhausted viable options from the in-person vets we had tried. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again in the future. One of the best things: this televet meeting likely saved us $1,200 to $1,800.
