I live a little ways out of the area, and so this isn't my regular vet, but I needed a last minute appointment for my dog's eye scratch. Doctor Downs and the entire staff are simply phenomenal. I don't know that I've ever been to such a professional, kind, and amazing veterinary practice. Dr Downs was so incredible with explaining everything and very thorough in her exam. You could tell that she not only deeply cares about the animals but that she is incredibly talented. The VAs were also incredibly knowledgeable and the front desk staff so polite and helpful.
