Bella had her first vet check up and third round of shots at Temperance Hill. Dr Tipps was so kind to Bella and Betty is a great technician. The whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.

Everyone here at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital are so very nice. Dr. Taylor, Dr. Viscardis, & Dr Burks, & Dr. Leverenz are so very kind and and gentle with my babies. I would recommend any of them of the Dr’s here. Everyone else is so helpful. Gayla, Betty, Brittany, and both Courtney’s (I know I didn’t get everyone, I apologize, but everyone is great!) I just lost my Axle recently and everyone here was all so sweet and supportive. Axle was always afraid of going to the vet, but somehow, he was not as anxious when he was at THAH, they all seemed to know how to calm him down. That’s saying a lot. Banderas wanted to leave, last week, then decided that Courtney was his new best friend. There’s just something about this place.

8yrs ago we moved to Florida with four animals who have been cared for by Temperance Hill Animal Hospital since birth. We make a point to come back to Hot Springs when my furry family is due for their annual vet visits. Recently, one of my dogs had an emergency. The entire team at THAH immediately jumped into action working closely with a local vet in Florida to make sure my pup had the best outcome. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing care that they continue to provide for my pets. In particular, huge shout out to Betty, she is an amazing tech! I’d give THAH 20 stars if I could!!

I never have to worry about boarding my dogs at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital. My dogs are high maintenance and I don’t feel comfortable leaving them anywhere else. With my dogs diabetes and recent eye surgery I know I’m getting the best care.

From the minute we walked in the door we felt we were going to be well take of. The office help were pleasant and accommodating. Dr Elizabeth and tech Courtney treated my dog Pearl with gentle care. Pearl had more going on than I knew but with their tests & meds, she is on her way to recovery. We just moved to Hot Springs and wanted a good vet…. We got the best!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my cat echo. I got him fixed because he got my female cat pregnant, and the surgery went well. I feel very bad for the vets, because he probably scratched them up. He';s never been to the vet or even seen other people so he was scared, but they were still gentle with him. I think he peed on himself when he was carried out in a towel, and when i said he was wet the cleaned him up for free. I'm very grateful. On top of that they called me today (surgery was 2 days ago) to check up on him. They also had a great price, for the rabies shot and the neuter it was only 116$, almost every other vet was charging near 50$ for the rabies shot and 200$ for the neuter
After he was kinda upset with me (funny picture of him is attached) but he cheered up the next day

Wonderful Drs and staff, Dr Taylor had been a lifesaver for us from our first introduction... We've used ask the vets there and can't speak highly enough about them ALL,.. caring and always willing to answer any questions, thorough,... Reassuring patience and compassionate handling are so important to us ..A+!!
