My pup had to have an emergency surgery to remove a foreign body. Tender care went above and beyond at getting us in quickly and taking him back for surgery right away. They were so caring and helpful when answering all our questions. We live out of town, so they let us see him and spend time with him before we left him to stay the night at the clinic. Dr. Larson was able to do the procedure in a way that minimized other risks involved. Tender care saved our baby. Had they not gotten him in as quickly as they did and provided such excellent care, he wouldn't be here today. Since we have been home, they have been very helpful at answering any questions, and Dr. Larson has personally called to ask how he is doing. We made the decision to drive out of town for Tender care because we knew the care we would receive is unlike any other. We highly recommend Tender care for any and all of your pet needs. We will be forever thankful for them for saving our baby.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. More importantly, Dr. Larson's professional, knowledgeable treatment of our dog, Ginger, has been most comforting to Alison and me. We consider Dr. Larson a friend because his advice is centered on only what is best and needed for Ginger and, because he treats us as a friend.

We have five pets and Tender Care treats them so much with kindness and care. We have been cared for by three of the Dr’s and all of them have been amazing. The front staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank You Tender Care.

Dr. Simison is incredibly attentive, caring and thorough. He listened to all of my concerns about my pup and asked great follow up questions. He was also very kind, friendly, and respectful of my very anxious girl. All around, great experience.

We moved to Peoria a little over a year ago and we’d never been to this vet before but we recently went to had to put our 13 year old dog to sleep. It was such a difficult thing to have to do, but everyone there was so sweet and so kind and they were so gentle with my dog. I appreciated that they showed us immediately to the private space where we could spend those last few minutes with our dog before his passing. It was such a difficult day for my wife and I, but the staff there were so kind and it helped make it easier.

I take my cat to Tender Care in Peoria. They do a great job and staff is very friendly. My mom takes her dog there also and the Doctors are awesome and very knowledgeable. We have all the confidence in that practice.

This place is doggone fantastic. They all care about you, from the wonderful front desk ladies, Kandy and Kelsey, to the vets and staff. They take care of my dogs. Caesar and Cleopatra, as if they were their own.
