Super friendly, and you can tell all the girls that work in the front all love cats and love their job. Nothing is worse than going to a vet or groomer where the employee's demeanor makes you not want to leave your pet with them. That is the complete opposite of how the employees at the cat care clinic are. You can trust your kitty will be taken care of very well.

Cat Care Clinic has helped us keep all of our cats live healthy and happy lives. Our first cat lived 18 years, our second lived 16, and our current cat is 17. We’ve use CCC for grooming and boarding also. The staff love cats.

The staff is friendly and get the job done very quickly. You can tell they truly know cats and how to work with them. With previous vets, my cat would come out shaking and go home angry. Now, she is much more calm when taking her to and from vets!

I brought my cat in for a problem visit here thinking it was a minor issue. They were able to get me in very quickly. Since that appointment and up until a week ago - when we had to make the hardest decision a pet parent has to make - we were dealing with this clinic on a weekly basis. The care our cat received was great. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rampino. She talked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and just let us vent and grieve when we knew what was happening. She would call and go over everything in detail, never rushing, even when she was calling later at night. She truly went above and beyond and it’s clear that she really loves her patients. It’s the care that I aspire to provide as a physician to my own patients.

I was so blessed to come across this clinic. My beloved Tigre was very ill and his previous vet felt very detached from him. Idk if that makes sense. However we took a chance and brought him here. They gave me the unfortunate news that he was in the last stages of kidney failure. That's not something anyone wants to hear. Tigre was the love of my life. EVERYONE at the cat care clinic was nothing but kind and understanding. They walked me through how to make his last days the most comfortable. And when it was time to say goodbye to him they showed nothing but compassion and kindness to my husband and I. Even up to the day when we picked up his ashes. They have always been so gracious. It's hard to even talk about it because we miss Tigre so much...but their kind deeds need to be acknowledged. Thank you all so much. It goes without saying that we highly recommend this clinic. The staff is amazing, understanding, compassionate and kind.

I'm not sure why Dr. Kiser still works here, wasn't she sued? I admit this is my fault, as I should've read all of your reviews thoroughly before ever making an appointment here. As many others seem to have also had negative experiences with her. I really think this clinic and Dr. Kisser scammed me. We brought in our very healthy kitty as we thought it was finally time to spay her. From when we first brought her in 2 months ago to now, Dr. Kiser has insisted that there's something wrong with my cat. She's prescribed her antibiotics freely without proof of anything actually being wrong with her? She insists on us testing her and spending thousands of dollars to look for something that is very clearly not there. Unfortunately at first I fell into her trap but it was after the third appointment in which I realized something was very off. She conducted the same test within days of each other, which I don't think you need to be a doctor to know that it takes time for things in the body to change and adjust? Makes no sense to do the same test days apart. Of course results were not going to change. And now I realize the clinic never shared the actual results from the lab with us, we simply trusted their word. Now I'm going to make sure to get a copy of those results and if they're not what they said they were I would not be shocked. After this 3rd appointment with her she left us extremely worried, basically saying our cat could die any second. Again she had and still has NO SYMPTOMS and is perfectly healthy and happy. What really threw me over the edge is that we said we'd review the treatment plan she had provided, a it was a lot of money, and we would get back to her. She insisted that we didn't have to much time and that she was really worried, she even said, “Whenever we look at her results we all go ?, they're really bad,” referring to herself and other staff members in the clinic. If this was really the case then how come its been 3 weeks since that last appointment and they haven't followed up? Was the concern maybe not concern but pressure to give them more money instead? I wonder. Dr. Kiser also mentioned that it doesn't matter what food our cats are eating, she said, “As long as its cat food its all the same.” I mean really? I guess I can be a vet too then. Lots to unpack and say here but overall, save yourself the money, save your pets the suffering, and do NOT come here.
