I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this place! From the moment we walked in everyone was so kind, to going in my dogs room where they had a welcome sign with her name on it!! Our vet tech was absolutely amazing, she answered all of my questions and treated my dog as if it were her own!! The vet was so knowledgeable and thorough with the exam!!! Would never take my dog anywhere else!!!!!

My puppy (she'll always be my puppy) is 5½ years old. She has suffered with anxiety about grooming from the beginning and has fear aggression. She is known to show teeth and be knippy when she is afraid. I have taken her to 4 different groomers over the course of her life. Every single one has called me in the middle of grooming to pick her up forcing me to finish her groom at home. I had accepted the fact I would be her lifelong, low-skilled groomer 😅

After a high recommendation, I decided to give this place a try. I drove an hour from Mishawaka. The ladies were absolutely wonderful! Not only were they able to complete her groom, but April did an exceptional job! My puppy is the cutest I've ever seen her! And she seemed genuinely happy after leaving! Above that, they kept me updated during the process AND took pictures of her experience.

I am beyond elated about our experience here! I will DEFINITELY be returning AND recommendeing The Dog House Syracuse! 🩵

Ashlee and her team "rescued" ME from a tight spot when I needed good boarding for three nights, on short notice, for my two dogs. Very professional. Very kind. Very competent in dog behavior as a former trainer. Nice facility with indoor-outdoor runs. When I return to the area, Ashlee and her team will be my choice.

We love this facility and our dog loves to visit. We have used them a handful of times and it would be more often, but, they only have 20 pens and runs so it can fill up quickly! Try to make your reservations well in advance. I know “things” pop up and hopefully they will have room for your fur baby, but planning ahead is best. Have peace of mind when you leave your doggie.

They were very friendly! I accidentally booked the wrong location and they fixed it immediately. They were very happy to see my pet and walked me through everything. They have many amenities for their guests and are very polite. Will definitely send my pup there again!

Coco's lifelong groomer is ill so nervously we took her to a new place. April did an absolutely fantastic job!!!
Would absolutely take both of my babies back without hesitation.
